Crestline Village Laundromat

Our machine was down at home and waiting for repair. I used the machines here for a few weeks and it was simple and clean. I was in and out. Just how it should be.

Clean and in town. Only laundry mat in Crestline
11/22 update. I've unfortunately had to utilize the services at this facility and it was extremely unkept on both occasions.

Love that I can get 10 loads done at once, this place is super clean and the location is great.

The washing machines and dryers work. That's about all the positive I can come up with.
First time I went in there it was mid afternoon. When I arrived the doors were open, someone had propped them open with some kind of rope or bungee, I don't really remember. The lady that works there comes barging in really mad that the doors were like that and asked why I did that. I said I didn't do that it had been like that when I arrived. She angrily rips down the ropes and closes the doors very aggressively, talking under her breath about stupid people. Stomps around for a few more min then comes over and apologizes for the accusations and her temper she's having a bad day and doesn't feel good.
Fair enough, no big

Then today I am in there, 30 min until closing. Only have about 15 min remaining on the dryer. Same woman is clearly frustrated and wanting to leave as soon as her shift is over. Very agitated, cleaning fast and aggressively. She starts sweeping right next to me, huge sweeping motions so dust goes everywhere on me and my clothes, I get dirt in my eyes.
She acts like its nothing goes outside.
With only about about 3 min left on the dryer she comes bounding back in telling me I only I have about 15 min left. I assure her I'll be done very soon.
Again she apologizes for her rude behavior, that she doesn't feel well and shouldn't have acted the way she has been.

I'm not judging her or really even complaining about the place. I'm just giving fair warning. You might get snapped at or dirt in the face.

As for your clothes getting washed and dried. I'd say keep your expectations somewhere near mediocre quality.

Nice front loaders, but kinda pricey. The 40 lb washer is $6. At home I can use the 80 lb washer for $5.50. Just here on vacation, but it was pretty clean and not crowded at all.

I just wish the restroom was open amd available to use at all times. Today I had to go and it was locked. Keep it open pleeeeease.

Large washers are pricey and could use a good cleaning, literally have green mold around the edges. For 8.25 for a wash I don't think mold free is too much to ask.

No heat in the winter, no air conditioning in the summer, bathroom is always locked. They need to spend some of all that money they are making to accommodate their customers

All it is missing is an old school arcade game, or any arcade game. Side note, didnt use dryers.

As of Apr 14 2021: Small machines $2.25, Medium $5.50, Large machines $7.75, Dryers 6 minutes per quarter. Laundry detergent $1.00 per box, Change maker takes up to $20 bills.

Good equipment, clean facility!

A nice place to do laundry. It's well kept, has several regular washers, three large machines, two extra large machines and I think about eighteen good sized dryers.

Close to my place and my dryer broke and Angel is Nice someone to talk at while you're waiting

When you get what you need for a decent price but they aren't enforcing or following really I need covid compliant rules

Covid protection is not being followed even tho they have posted signs. They have people coughing and sneezing with no mask and wont ask them to leave

I love this laundry place very clean and the lady that works their is very polite and nice

IT was decent and clean. But it cost $7.50 for large and the smallest size washer was, $ 5.50
aload, than $2.25 for you normal size washer. So I will be making it my regular laundromat now.
