I connected with Jake Saylor online while I was looking for an M440i from a different State due to my horrible local experience. Jake was transparent and didn't BS me. I knew the numbers, told him what I was looking for and flew in the next day to lease a beautiful vehicle, beaver grille and all. They treated me very well, deal was very fair and I shockingly had a great experience leasing a car. I recommend Jake and his team

Almost a year ago I gave them 5 stars, but how naïve was I
I bought used X3 there, and at the time when I was signing documents, the dealer sold me additional extended warranty/services. The way it was explained to me is that my breaks will need to be replaced when I bring the car to next oil change service. The reasoning is that these additional $2,700 will cover my breaks replacement and oil change services and it will be cheaper to me. WRONG!
After a few months, my service light is on, I bring the car to the service. They change the engine oil, wiper blades, and clean the car. On my question why they didn't change the breaks, I was told that my break pads are 7or6mm thick and breaks do not need to be replaced.
Again, a few months after that "service", service light is ON, and I bring the car to the service on Feb. 13,2021 for oil change and hopeful "break service". Yet, they work the whole day on my car, and all they did this time is to change the fluid break, and clean the car. As for oil change, they just reset the service schedule. Was told that oil change wasn't needed since I didn't drive the car a lot. And the break pads are of course 6mm thick and no need for replacement. Needless to say that it takes forever for my car to stop when braking.
In addition when I purchased the car my seat had a few scratches and I asked if it can be repaired again (the little scratched reappeared), but they told me that the guy that does that seat repairs isn't there on weekends (of course they never offered to bring the car some other day).
To resume it all, at the end for $2,700, I paid: 1 oil change, and 1 break fluid change. My additional service expires at the end of this month, and I have no plans to extend the warranty/services there, completely unsafe place for me and very dishonest.

2nd vehicle I’ve leased from Crevier. Came down from Utah as Crevier has deals on BMWs that are tough to beat. Thanks to Paul Mooradian for his professionalism and getting it done quickly and efficiently!

Paul Shin and Laurie were amazing helping me to buy my CPO BMW X1. Paul went above and beyond picking me up for the train from Los Angeles and showing me the features of the car. Thanks Paul. I would give the dealership 5 stars but didn’t like the financing lady. I was told one thing and then because I didn’t buy the warranties the finance person would not give me the deal originally to get me to finance with BMW. Next time I will use my own financing

Great experience here. Took my car in for a repair due to my keys not working. They found the problem provided videos and kept me in the loop at all times. Although paid a bit more for other issues discovered my car came back to me in working 100 condition. Mike Lopez service department was phenomenal. Had some side issues with my car later that he worked out with me in a very professional and caring way. Ppl are nice and fast working. Love this dealership

Normally don't reviews but in light of the great service experiences with Jason Beers warrants this review. I travel quite a distance and really can go to any other BMW dealer for service but make the trip to work with Jason. He's very knowledgeable and ensures any issues are addressed with a level of professionalism that keeps me returning to Crevier for service. Thanks Jason!

Seamless and Exclusive experience with Jeffery and BMW Crevier. From the first appointment to taking the car out, Jeffery provided the most swift and efficient choice and necessities to take my new BMW X5 45e. Other staffs were also kind and supportive even at this COVID-19. I would strongly recommend Jeffery and BMW Crevier if anyone is look for the BMW.
