Wish I could give a ZERO. I signed for two iphone 8 plus and the manager decided to sell me an iphone X demo instead of an 8. Freaking X doesn't even work! I went in to see what I could do and he wanted to sell me an iphone 7 at the X's price and $100 more! They tell you the case and screen protector are free but in reality they charge you for every little thing. Worst part is they charged me for a used case, edges where scratched. He takes advantage of people because every iphone comes with headphones but he takes the headphones out. Azam tried saying that he didn't know why the box said it came with earphones because it supposedly didn't. BS!

The staff at this store are very helpful, especially with our account billing, resolved an issue which will now save money on our monthly Cricket bill: -D

Not unsatisfied till I say my 80 dollar phone on sale for 20.00 but that's client tell democracy for you.

I bought a $ 25 Dlls cell case, 20 min later the cell came off the back plate, the case broke and I call to ask for exchange, and they said there's no guarantee. I'll ask BBB!

Helpful staff in unusual circumstances, beyond duty, remembers customers

Amazing staff, very knowledgeable, really fast reliable service from the staff and cricket also just knowing that I'm getting AT&T services since they were bought out and now I get the best service really cheap 4 lines $100 unlimited everything with no data caps something that no other prepaid phone company can do. Thank you so much for helping me switching over I'm very happy I wish I would have known about this place. Highly recommend it to anyone

Love this store and the customer services is awesome the employees are super friendly and helpful, they transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone I got from them. I highly recommend this location and the service is great as well as the prices. I got 4 lines for $100 with four free phones for my whole family.
