Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, Visalia CA

I went in yesterday and reported my phone stolen and the sales men said for me to call the 800 number and then I said can u help me, my phones been getting random pop ups and he just said I dnt know what's causing it and just help my phone pretending he was doing something to check. And 1 min later he there's nothing he can. The worst experience they couldn't help me with anything.

The hours show they open at 9, I went in to pay my bill this morning and they are still closed. No worker in site.

I went in a few days ago to inquire about the newest iPhone. One of the young ladies sold the iPhone 12 Pro Max to me, and helped me set it up? I hadn’t owned one in years so I was really confused! She told me which charger adapter to get, and put the screen protector on as well. They have great customer service to say the least!

It shouldn't be called cricket it should be called crooked. Lousy roaming service andthey increase the price on their phones almost every week. After being an 18-year customer I'm out of there.

The girls here are great. They are very polite and helpful. If you have a question, they have the answer. Always attentive to the customer. Here at Cricket, it is "your" store. Come and join the Cricket family and be at home.

I just recently went to get a new phone and the girl named Angelica helped me. She was so polite from the moment I walked through the door. I had a million questions and she was able to answer all of them. She helped set up my phone and transfer my information from one phone to the other. If you ever need help Angelica is the girl to go to.

I absolutely love the Cricket Store on Mooney by Grocery Outlet. The people are always knowledgeable and extremely friendly. But the store on Dinuba Blvd in Visalia leaves a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions I have gone in here to be met with a very rude and unprofessional staff. They lack knowledge and even management are rude, argumentative, and speak over you when asking questions. Step up your game Dinuba Blvd Cricket! Learn a thing from your fellow employees at your surrounding stores!

They are very considerate and very kind to the customers. I absolutely will keep going back there and I also appreciate the fact that they are close to my home.its worth driving from anywhere in visalia to do business with this store.they really have it together.thanks people good job
