I'm usually satisfied with this location but I went in today, I needed help and the worker didn't speak English. My Spanish isn't that great. She couldn't help me.

Excellent service, good promotions, they care about customers and they always have good music and the store looks clean, the manager helped me with everything I needed and all my questions, thanks.

Do not go or choose this business. For the poorest or cheapest you want to look for, this is the worst service I have found in my life. They are useless to solve one's problems, they cheat with plans that don't even have a good sign.
The employees treat you like Wednesday and it's okay if you need help. Whenever you ask the representative of this office (cudahy) something, she comes out saying "I don't know" "that's her problem"
There is no professionalism or customer service. It shows that they are lazy spending all day taking their customers out as soon as they enter
Are they about to liquidate or what's up? At least when you get ripped off by other companies, they have cunning and tact with the customer.
But they can't even convince the customer.
I don't know who owns it but lately I have seen a large number of customers leave this company. They are already fed up and desperate with their idiocies.

Terrible terrible service. The lady who works here has no clue about anything, refers you to the bionic store and doesn't care about her job or customers. Cold and horrible customer service with poor quality devices and plans. Their Unlimited plans don't work or have signal in many areas despite you paying for them.
My family and I switched and man can you see the difference.
This business and cricket in general should not exist anymore and should shut down.
It used to be better when Ruma or Fabiola worked there because at least they had good people skills. But the new staff is ridiculously inept, incompetent and indifferent.
We chose cricket because it used to offer inexpensive but good plans. Not anymore.
We're glad to have left.

Really bad service. The man who worked at this location recommended a phone that supposedly would work for me. Went home and try downloading apps and it wouldn’t allow me to download the apps that I needed it. Went back within minutes of purchase to ask for a refund and he said he was only able to refund me 10 dollars for the phone I had just purchased. A phone that he recommended. Really bad service. Don’t recommend buying phones from cricket
