3I had a very bad experience, I wanted to change and get a promotion for Father's Day, the representatives have no experience or professionalism, everything went wrong, apart from they charged me and they did not give me the phones, I wasted money, my time, and the representative Lesly laughed at me.me and I confronted myself in a very rude way they should fire her do not go to that store 6/15/23
The store clerk, Leslie, was playing games on her iPad and cussed me out when I asked why was she being so rude and abrupt. She then told me to get F out and gave me the finger.
Please check your surveillance cameras and you'll see that she gave the middle finger.
This happened at 230p on Monday 6/12/23.
She should be fired immediately. I've been with cricket for almost 5 years and have never been treated this way.
I will write/call corporate and reach out to the store general manager as well.
This place seems CLOSED! Closed Tuesday Apr. 25, and Wednesday, Apr. 26, with no note on the door, no one answering the phone or responding to voice messages on either day, and an old UPS delivery notice pasted to the door. CLOSED?
