Went in there December 20th. Ok service. But she couldn't even make the phone work at all that I purchased. I'm guessing they wasn't trained well or just hired really young girls that had no idea what they were doing. I paid for my phone and new service and after a half hour, with no customers in the store I just got my $ back and left. Cricket is terrible
