My experience was very good. I needed a phone and the person who helped me was very helpful and suggested which phone was suitable for what I was looking for.only the Whatup application is still not available.

Monserrat was very attentive to me, she helped me reset my Facebook password, she gave me a bag of grapes that she had. Thank you so much! I recommend this office, all of them are very courteous

I had the worst experience with Monserrat! I went in last week Monday due to my iPhone screen cracked, she asked me if I wanted to upgrade instead because I would still have to pay 250. Okay fine, she proceeds to order the phone (asks for help by male associate) doesn’t ask me what color I want, and leaves me to do the progressive leasing while she is having trouble ordering the phone. I finish and she has me write down my name and number and said she’ll call me when it gets here, tells me it’ll be in TUESDAY. I ask if she can call after 3 since I am a teacher and unable to get to my phone through out the day she says yes. Tuesday comes 5: 09 I call, she remembers me and I proceed to ask why she didn’t call me, where my phone? She explains it’s not here yet but tomorrow forsure. Okay WEDNESDAY comes nothing, THURSDAY no call, FRIDAY no call, SATURDAY no call, SUNDAY no call, FOLLOWING WEEK Monday no call, Tuesday I finally have time to go to the store and what do you know me phones there! BEEN THERE. She explains someone lost the note and took her 2 days off. At this point I’m UPSET. I can not come throughout the week or after work since I have a tight schedule! I was expecting that call and I couldn’t even get the courtesy call. I am very upset and she can not see her wrong and gives an excuse to everything! She then gives me attitude and says “wait let me check if we do have it” out of spite she was going to “double check”. She then says shes not going to service me bc I’m being rude. Another customer comes in and defends me and tells them why are they getting involve! So UNPROFESSIONAL Manager Jaime comes in and take over the transaction bc Monse does not want to serve me. Monserrat CONTINUES to talk about me while I AM standing there. And Jaime says no word. That is mind boggling to me that she is okay with having those type of employees serve cricket customers. Never will I ever go to this location! Nor do I recommend you to. Please go to another store nearby. I’m sure once I walked out she continued to talk about me.

I have seven years with the cricket service and me and my family always go to that store we always ask for the manager Fabiola and it is always a good experience. When she is not there, the other girls help us and they are also very kind and they always help us with any problem we have. I recommend that store 100% and more if Miss Fabiola attends them

Monserrat needs to work on her customer service skills or just not deal with customers at all. Keep your rude staff in the back. Possibly change up your management team because Jaime the manager lacks in problem solving skills. Don't come here.

Didn't get the service I needed, it was more than 15 minutes before they closed and went in to pay my phone bill and one of the girls was counting her drawer already so another girl gets off the counter and says our system is down, and then as I'm walking out the door they both laugh.

The sales women was not in the mood to explain anything. She showed us some phones but wasn't willing to answer questions about them, seemed she could care less

If they help but they lie to get more customers.my phone hasn't worked since I bought it and I went to the store and they tell me they don't believe it because these phones have turned out very good and the strange thing is that since day 1 I bought I have problems with the phone

An unpleasant experience with Vianey f she is not at all kind, cutting and despotic and advantageous when I told her that I did not want any of the items they offer she ends up giving me a product that she had already charged me without me knowing.

Everything is fine but what I don't like is because they ask for identification to make a payment and if you don't bring it, they won't accept the payment. My dad went to Mexico, I was going to pay his payment and they didn't want to. The thing is that I couldn't pay anymore, they cut the line and they lost a client. And they lost money on several payments. Cricket lost money because of this.

Excellent service. I was struggling with my phone service and had issues with upgrading my phone, but Fabiola sorted the whole situation out for me. She was patient and helped me diagnose what was going wrong and then assisted me with activating my new phone. Your help is greatly appreciated!

The 2 girls working on 11/19 were lazy as hell. One definitely more than the other Vianey or something. We were already waiting 20 minutes with a line of about 8 people. And they were all leaving because she decided to walk and get a drink and food next door.
