You always have to wait an hour or an hour and a half for them to attend even though the hours are 10: 00 AM and they are almost always closed with the open sign on

I went in to open a new account with cricket and there couldn't have been a better customer service representative than Evelyn to help me. She stayed after hours to ensure my account was set up properly, not only was she multi tasking like a champ she did it all very professionally, efficiently and and with a smile.
