7I'm very satisfied with the serviced provided by Desiree, I bought a new iPhone for my wife. Desiree answered all my questions and made the process so easy I highly recommend this location.
I had an excellent experience buying a phone from the store. The gentleman was kind enough to not only help me with choosing a case. But, he was also kind enough to assist me with installing the screen protector that I requested for the phone as well.
The only thing I would change, is please get rid of the $25 upgrade fee for devices online. That is quite ridiculous if you ask me.
Customer Service was AWESOME, I'll recommend Cricket to all my friends and family!
