Horrible experience!
Walked in and the guy behind the desk didn't even care to greet or look up from his phone. I asked for help and he basically says he can't help me and that I'm outta luck. And gave me the look of "go away".
I will never return to this store.
However, customer service over the phone was nice and they were able to recovery my phone number and help me resolved my issue.
Fabian the store manager was awesome! We were in and out with a new phone in about 15 minutes
Staff was knowledgeable and was able to juggle at least 4 sets of customers at once without anyone waiting too long.
I purchased a phone from this store and a lady compelled me to buy a screen glass and she charged 60$ for a screen glass

Lied to me, bought a phone with full payment, just after two months because of the poor connection of cricket decided to go to another career, I realized the phone is locked. When I called they said you have to use cricket wireless at least for six month then your phone will be automatically unlocked, but they never said that at the time of purchasing the phone though I told them I need unlock phone. Had really bad experience
Never recommend to buy phone there….
