Very delicious, fresh, and thin pizza. Strongly recommended! The only issue is finding the restaurant. When you enter the community, you should turn left and can find a parking spot. Then, use the stairs to access the restaurant.

A very large group of friends and I needed dinner after a long day in meetings. We wanted good food and also required gluten free for celiac. Criscito Pizza checked all the boxes and more. Fabulous dinner for all - quick, delicious, accommodating staff at closing time, and perfect gelato. Thank you for perfect final meal of our conference.

Criscito Pizza catered our November 2023 wedding and it was absolutely delicious! They created a beautiful charcuterie spread and served meatballs (so flavorful and good!) for our cocktail hour, then had pizzas and salads flowing for dinner. We had 140 guests (including some GF and DF) and everyone really enjoyed every part of the meal. Phil was super easy to work with, even with a slightly complicated set up - they set up the pizza truck in the parking lot and ran the pizzas into our venue. We loved working with Criscito Pizza and are happy they recently opened up their own restaurant so we can eat more of their delicious pizza soon.

We were so excited to try this restaurant out after visiting their food truck a few times. The pizza here is spectacular and fresh, easily comparable to some of our favorites from a recent trip to Italy. We made the trip down from Escondido for their pizza and will definitely be back!

Finally a pizza spot near our home! And it’s so good. We had the Carbonara and the Calabrian pizza, and happy to say they both were so fresh and flavorful. Def will be coming back soon. Need to try that gelato…

Went the first night a little bit of a wait to order but worth it. Pizza came out fast after ordering.

Wow! Blown away! Brand new restaurant in Carmel Valley area, that completely knocked my socks off. The restaurant itself is super cute and very clean. The food, especially the pizzas were all incredible. Hands down the best I've had in San Diego, let alone Southern California. My family ordered a salad that was crisp and fresh. It was the one with cilantro dressing. I'm very picky with salads and it was perfectly balanced with the different ingredients, it had crunchy, savory and was perfectly dressed. Nothing worse than a salad drowning in dressing. We also ordered three pizzas all Neapolitan style (they also offer New York). All three were perfectly cooked and delicious. Honey Garlic was epic and my son devoured it. The crust is buttery and there's the perfect balance of chew, and crunch. We also ordered a pepperoni, which was salty and spicy and the red sauce was perfectly acidic and the ratio of cheese perfection. My favorite was the carnitas pizza (San Diegan), I could literally drink the green sauce that is drizzled over the top of it. The ratios were spot on and the portions of meat and cheese were perfect. I'm drooling a little just thinking about the carnitas right now. This is definitely going to be my go to from now on. It is fantastic to be able to eat at a loved, family owned and operated restaurant. Had the opportunity to meet the owner, and he couldn't be nicer. He clearly is very passionate about his craft. I love that my stomach felt great after eating their pizza. I think because it's a cleaner dough made with the finest Italian ingredients and sourdough starter. 10/10.

The pizzas are delicious! The dough is really good. Great ingredients, great variety in the menu, good prices. The service is really friendly. It would be great if they had condiments like red pepper flakes on every table.

Im a neighbor and was excited about having a pizza joint at walking distance and wasn’t happy to find out no bogo no deals no samples no specials i mean its your first day what happened to grand opening lol they don’t even sell slices its a healthy community maybe you don’t want a full pizza always, pizza’s are around $15-$20 and its 12” so a medium, kids pizzas are around $14 which is 10” kind of a lot for a small

I hired Criscito a couple of weeks ago to cater a party at my house for about 55 people. It was a great decision! Phil was easy to work with when scheduling and planning and the team that came on the day of the party was super communicative, very respectful, and efficient. Everyone was very impressed with the food. I would absolutely hire them again!

The food was more than great! The pizzas came out hot and yummy. With the 10 different flavors. Everyone at the event were thrilled to try them all.

Highly recommend! Several people took the business cards, they never thought about hiring a pizza truck WITH its own oven!

We rented them for our Company Anniversary party and they were a hit! All of our guests and clients loved them! The pizza is obviously very fresh, and delicious. Would definitely order from them again.

Best late night snack any wedding could ask for! Efficient, friendly, accommodating, and organized. An awesome experience since we met them for tasting til they left after two hours of unlimited pizza. Guests were raving about it…weeks later. Highly recommended. The mushroom pizza was amazing, they make vegan options & they bring their own service staff that was awesome too! I can't say enough about them!
