Great experience at Cristophe Salon! Scott and Mackenzie got me in two days after I received a highlight job that I was really unhappy with. Scott took the time to do a full consult and find a solution that would leave me feeling so much better about my hair. Mackenzie fit me in that same afternoon and did an amazing job fixing my color. I left the salon much happier about my hair and very pleased by the customer service and sincere care I received.

I received one of the worst haircuts of my life from here last week. Just because it is in Fashion Island and expensive doesn't mean you are going to get a good cut. Based off the cliente I saw, they are all used to cutting women's hair who are 80+

I finally have time to write a review about this horrible experience I was 8 months pregnant and mistreated by the owner of this place like I’ve never been in my entire life. I’ve been late a few times for personal very valid reasons and this man calls me losing his mind, I was very pregnant I cried and apologized plenty of times but he wouldn’t stop saying how bad I was to his business and he would never wanted to have clients like me, talking down to me saying pregnancy or any of my reasons are no excuse. I was driving when this conversation took place so I had to pull over because I balling my eyes out and this man had no mercy or compassion I should’ve hang up right away but I thought he would come to his senses and apologize to me. I have so many friends i recommended and they stopped going here after the saw what happened, none of them would support this kind of abuse. The best part is that he screamed at a vulnerable pregnant woman but when my husband called him he all the sudden acted like a normal person because he was talking to man. I have no words honestly I had never been treated this way by a man in my entire life! I wish this happened when I wasn’t pregnant because i would be able to think clearly and prob defended myself better but I was vulnerable very unprofessional rude and very abusive man.

Just went here for the first time and had an excellent haircut with Eima. I told her I needed a haircut that is very easy to manage, as I don’t blow dry my hair and don’t use conditioner. She understood the assignment and cut it so that it naturally falls into place when I air dry it. She was careful, took her time, and discussed the cut with me as she moved through it. It was interactive and thoughtful. I’ll definitely go back next time I need a cut. Thanks again!

I could not recommend Courtney Wafa enough for any of your hair needs! She is meticulous in her work and genuinely wants to help you reach your hair goals. I am so grateful for her hard work and for always making me feel so absolutely stunning every time I leave her chair. Especially for my fellow blondes out there, she knows what she is doing!

Elena gave me the worse haircut.
Absolutely horrible. I even gave her a second chance and I regret very much doing so.
Elena does not know what she is doing at all. She is mediocre at best.

The receptionist girl hung up on me, very rude.
The stylists seem excellent but front staff matters. Fix this! Never hang up on a potential or paying customer.
