7Very bad service, if you are coming to pick a load here.please avoid this place … they will give you load at 5 pm.no matter at time you are coming.you whole day is waste here,
If you are coming to pickup a load avoid at all cost this place. You will waste your entire day here. They will not load you until 5PM and it takes forever for them to finish loading you. I am not coming back to this place

I have been doing business with crl for a very long time. Victor from morestown nj branch is wonderful and super helpful. Never left me disappointed. I used to deal with secaucus nj branch and customer service there was not that good. This is why I changed the branches.
So where do I start? How about the fact they have ten plus WC desks and only 2 people working. The line goes into the parking lot Expect to wait 1+ hours to be helped at the WC counter and then another 30mins to have you order pulled.
The parking situation also isn't ideal, but nothing can be done about that.
The only reason I gave them 2 starts is because the loading staff are polite and help secure the load properly.
Got here at 9 am PT and leaving after 6 PT this is ridiculous at least buy lunch.
Ralph Rojas in Will Call was great! He hit a home run for us in customer service! He went out of his way to take care of our business needs:)
