Crocodile Restaurant & Bar reviews
18I definitely will be going back here just not staying in the hotel. We found a room with an ocean view that was beautiful right by the pier next to chad's restaurant for twenty dollars more a night.
Wow im a fan. The steak was cooked very good, very tender. Portion size is huge for a $50 dollar steak. Service was awesome fast courteous and professional. Decor is fancy with plush soft seating. I will definitely be back and recommend my friends to this steakhouse as the best in sf.
Nice restaurant with an Italian theme menus. Eat inside or outside in a awesome patio area with its own bar. Food was good and ambience great.
Great food, clean kitchen and friendly staff. Definitely enhanced our stay at the Lemon Tree Inn.
We drove around looking for a place to stop. Found there was no waiting here and glad we tried it. They told us they were short on staff and to be patient but it was fast and tasty. Hamburgers, blt and tuna melt. Delicious. Oh and the steak fries! Omgoodness how can I forget those! They were amazing!
Ordered steak fries and they were not cooked in the middle. Took forever to get an new order and they were still not cooked. Don't Order those. Just order the regular fries. Service was sketchy both times I've been but I would try it again. The atmosphere is beautiful and I saw some really great food come out. I guess I was just unlucky.
I highly recommend The Crocodile Restaurant and Bar in Santa Barbara if you're looking for fantastic food and ambiance at very reasonable prices. The wait staff were also very good and had a fantastic experience overall
Food was great. My cup had lip stick on it. If it wasn't for that, I would have given this place 5 stars. Also, there were bee's that wouldn't leave us alone since we were eating outside. They have a bit of a bee problem.
I wanted to like this place, I really did, but all they really have going for them is being able to dine out by a pool. Even then sometimes the hotel guests make that experience less than ideal.
Portions are pretty small, and the prices are sky high. Other restaurants less than a block away provide much for satisfaction.
We went here for a Rehearsal dinner. We sat with a party of 14 outside near the pool. Great food & drinks but the restaurant had mice in the pool area which came close to our guests.
Expensive but really nice. Watch out for the sorrowful dude scamming people at the poolside bar, dark hair, thirtysomething.
Late lunch on a Sunday afternoon sitting outside with the place almost to ourselves. Relaxing setting and good food!
High quality food in a lovely outdoor environment, with a nice dark bar inside. At the Lemon Tree which we also love.
No vegan options, but food and drinks are reeeally good and it's pretty in the courtyard
Fabulous Mai Tai & Fish tacos! Friendly waitress. They need more staff, so service can be delayed. But it's pleasant sitting outside. I'll be going back again soon!
An out of the way restaurant for a combination of hotel guests and locals. Service is good.
Love the patio for a weekend meal. Great offerings and specials. Service is always friendly. Service is usually prompt. On the one time out all my visits, the restaurant was slammed by two large parties, so the service was slower than usual. The server comp'ed our drinks as compensation for the wait. Thank you, we will continue to patronize your restaurant. Oh, BTW, the best Clam Chowder in town!
