Everyone is always so helpful and friendly! My sweet Darla girl needed to be seen and they took her in right away. Dr Jake was very helpful and took his time to check out my sweet girl. I absolutely loved that I felt I got my moneys worth. There’s no other vet office I would take my babies too. Thank you all again!

They always take excellent care of my little Sydney. The office is beautiful and the staff are very professional.

We recently rescued an invalid kitten unable to walk from the street. But we care about it. They only gave him 2 injections.and she died the next day tjis guy are ther just for money. They are miserable.

Great staff, efficient and effective. My puppy had parvo, they did outpatient treatment and in less than a week my puppy had fully recovered.thank you.

Caring service. They really love animals. My Queen 2 yr old Mastiff female had not eaten for several days, and the doctor knew exactly what she needed.

Just finished our puppy set of vaccines and in that time we have gotten to know the staff. They are amazing. My puppy has also gotten into a few things she shouldn’t have. The staff was able to get us in right away and took amazing care of my pup! They are all so friendly and truly care about our pet.

I cant say good things about this clinic, they performed surgery on my pitbull, he has mass cancer tumors, he got 7 removed, and i asked the doctor to please check the bumps on the legs and they kept saying they were only a callious, i knew it wasnt no callious, i knew it was a mass cancer tumor, so i made a complaint and took him to a different vet, i paid for the biopsy and the results came back positive for cancer, the other clinic said, They shoulve investigated but they did nothing, i mentioned Small cross clinic that those bumps had to be removed the first time when my pet had surgery and they sent me a letter saying that they can no longer treat my pet, they knew they were negligent so they banned me to avoid any problems,

these dont care about your pet, i believe they knew it was cancer but they left it untreated so i keep going back to give them more business.

Let me make it simpler for you guys to understand how sinister amd evil these people are,

We brought a rescued cat in that I named Gizmo to be spayed. She had four kittens in our patio. They did a great job with her and now, no more kittens. Gizmo is such an affectionate little girl and loves her forever home.

I LOVE it at Cross Street! They are very caring of my pup. They are flexible with you when you need to make an appt (sometimes you can get in even sooner if there are cancellations!). I also love how communicative they are with you.
Nothing to complain about at all!

Great veterinarian office! The staff are kind and very helpful. They take very good care of your pets.

In 16 years or animal parenthood, we’ve been to several local places, trying many of the ‘nicer, newer’ ones first. A few years ago we finally tried Cross Street. If we had just taken the recommendations from others to start, we could have been here the whole time! We’ve received fantastic care for our pets, and courteous and compassionate care for us as well. Stop reading reviews and just go here! We already tried the rest for you!

Second time here everyone is great very helpful and Nurses and vet Dr Jake are great with my puppy Marley.
