CrossFit Potrero Hill reviews
5I dropped in to two classes this week and loved the community. The coaches were both experienced, Marciano and Rachel, leading with clear movement techniques and also scaling options for everyone involved. Both classes had advance, higher level CrossFit movements to push the best athletes in the gym, which was great to see and strive for. They also have an outdoor space down the street, and said they were opening a gym in South Park August 1st. I will be back to drop in to South Park too. If I lived in San Francisco, I would be a member CFPH!
Stopped by for a morning WOD while working in the area Great vibe, friendly coaches and athletes. Has everything you’d expect from a well organized box.
I did the CrossFit open here as my gym is not an affiliate and I can't say how much I loved the space and the coaching. I felt like I could get my very best time all thanks to the amazing advice I was given from Coach Pimentel. I'm really looking forward to doing the rest of 23 here
I don’t want people to know this but I won’t gatekeeper since I love this place I won’t: CrossFit Potrero Hill’s Mission Bay is basically one-on-one coaching for cheaper than you would pay for any super full class at a lesser gym in San Francisco. The coaches are super knowledgeable - not just about CrossFit but mobility, nutrition, etc.and when most people go to the indoor location and there are only a few of us outside they do really tailored, personalized programming with you. It’s pretty amazing.
I did a lot of research before joining here and this place was consistently reviewed as the best CrossFit gym in San Francisco. I used to HATE working out but after a year of being here I’m in the best shape of my life, I look forward to going to class everyday, and the people at this gym (and the owners and coaches) have become some of my best friends. We do BBQs and hang out on weekends - a very inclusive community.
The outdoor (Mission Bay) location happened as a result of the pandemic but now I can’t imagine working out inside every again. It’s a shot of endorphins every time you go and I legitimately look forward to working out everyday now.
