Crossing At River Lake, Sacramento CA

My husband and I lived there for two years! No major issues. Rent was a bit expensive but that’s Sacramento/Pocket area for you. For the price and the area it’s not terrible. We did not have the upgraded unit but it’s still nice. We went with the garage instead. Management, we never had issues. If we did, it was addressed in a timely manner. Walking distance from three shopping centers (20-30min walk to the two further ones). Really nice neighborhood off of Lake Front. Nice running loop through the neighborhood. Nice little gym area. I used it a number of times. Pool area is nice we went a few times. Does get busy in the summer but we just used our towels on the ground no issues. You have the option of having a screened in porch which was such a nice touch. Our cat was able to sit out on the porch, plus little extra privacy. We moved out because we bought a house but most likely would of stayed there longer if it wasn’t for the house opportunity.
