Crossroads Dental Group and Orthodontics, Upland CA

The service was good. They're nice and friendly there. The place is clean. You wait a while to get the doctor. There is plenty place to park. Neighborhood is good. The price is high. Not too busy there.

In the past I've had serious complaints about the length of telephone holds and wait times at appointments despite the high-tech facility and excellent dental care. But recently this place has really turned around. The phone hold time was reasonable, and I was taken right back for my appointment. They rescheduled me so I could see my regular dentist, who has always been wonderful. They told me immediately about the costs of procedures with my insurance and gave me a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and happy to give thorough answers to my questions. I no longer have any qualms about recommending this place. I'm so glad I didn't give up on it! And a shout-out to Chelsea for going above and beyond for helping me out with scheduling.

Everyone was so nice and personable. Dr. Zou didn’t just brush off small imperfections, he and his team worked at it until it was perfectly perfect. Amazing job!

Found this dentist office after having a really bad experience with another dentist. After reading past reviews for this office I was wondering if I was going to have the same experience. To my pleasant surprise I was treated too a very professional and knowledgeable staff and an amazing Dr who treated me like a person not a payment. Would recommend this dentist to everyone. He listened patiently to my concerns and woes and solved them!
All the staff are wonderful. State of the art equipment.

I transferred from Pomona office to Upland location and I am so happy to have met Dr Zou he is very patient, professional and takes the time to listen to any concerns. From day one Dr Zou was gentle and has light hands I finally found my DENTIST! I recommend him if there were stars ️ I would certainly give him all the stars he deserves it.
