Worst Crossroads in the city, the selction is terrible and the buyers are rude. If your gonna waste money at Croassroads I would recommend going to the one in Berkeley they have a much better selection of clothes. Also if you actually want to find good clothes you'd be better off going to a GW, Salvation army or any Other thriftstore.

Although it is slowly improving as new people are hired, the staff is not very friendly here unfortunately. I really miss the warm vibe when I shop at all the other Crossroads. Wjat brings me back is their good selection as its one of the bigger stores in sf

Got two pairs of brand-new shoes for less than 50 bucks. And the one of the guys who works here is super cute he got me my shoes so that is always a plus.

My partner stopped by the Crossroads on Market St, SF today and not only was treated HORRIBLY but the lady "helping" her stole the Ray-Ban sunglasses she'd left on the counter.

The horrendous customer service this woman displayed was enough for her to just walk away and never want to return, but, when my partner attempted to retrieve her sunglasses, this woman smirked and winked while saying she had "no idea where they were". Considering the fact that the only other people in the store at this time were employees, the pool of suspects is very small.

The issue began when my partner opted to try and donate the clothes that the store did not want to purchase– we did not know that Crossroads doesn't do that. Apparently, this line of questioning was beyond the pale with your employee who practically threw my partner out of the store. She followed her out, yelling that she's now "86'ed". 86'ed for trying to donate clothes to a used clothes store? ! I don't understand what the problem was. It was a misunderstanding and all the woman had to do was explain the store policy. Unfortunately, that's not what happened.

When my partner got outside, she realized she'd left the sunglasses on the counter where she'd been speaking with your employee. Being gone less than 20-seconds, the sunglasses mysteriously disappeared. As I mentioned, there were only other employees in the store but the woman helping my partner LITERALLY winked and smirked when pretending not to know where the glasses were. At this point, my partner just leaves.

This is beyond unacceptable! Not only did your employee STEAL her sunglasses, but she also treated her like trash. We did not get her name but can provide a physical description upon request, as I don't want to mistakenly blast someone here.

. Ps, I thought this was the end of my review, but then the same lady HUNG UP ON US when we called back to see if they "found" the sunglasses. The employee doubled down on her rudeness, calling my partner miserable for shopping at a consignment store. Clearly she has issues with the fact she works at one.

The best second hand store in san Francisco period. The only other store that comes close is Wastelands on Haight.

There's a guy who works at the one on market with Red hair was biased toward me. Discriminating and was rude af about how at 7: 30 they don't take clothes after a certain time. To the Harry Potter guy with Red hair = two fingers up and drop one

They bought everything I took in. It was clothes I don't wear and would've otherwise donated. Sometimes the prices are a little low but I wasn't wearing them and it's easier than other selling options. I always take store credit and I picked up some stuff to wear to Outside Lands.

They have an excellent selection of high-quality, second hand clothing at reasonable prices. You can find designer brands at a bargain. I buy most of my pastel pants and shirts here.

I was very impressed with the overall effect of the store, it almost seemed like the effect of a store that sells new clothes, the items that I looked at were practicly brand new.

Trendy second hand store. I've sold clothes here a couple times. Who you get to buy your clothes, how busy the shop is, their mood, probably all factor into how much they buy from u

Friendly and has a great selection to shop from. Always a litt off when trying to sell things here tho. Can get denied for multiple items but then bring them back a few days later and then have them accepted. The prices are generally good but occasionally will run into some over priced name brand items that are too worn out for what they are asking.

Clothes are neatly organized by category (jackets vs shirts, accessories vs shoes and so on), size, and even color, which makes it very easy to navigate. Good selection of items, too, at bargain prices.

I love this store. I always get amazing items from this shop. I've bought a dark red chic jumper and tan oversized wool vest from this shop. Multiple compliments on both pieces. This store is very aware of fashion trends. Saying this they are not inexpensive. Their pieces vary in price but I would put this at $$ out of $$$$. I think I might have saved only $10 on my vest after a bit of online research. Still savings!

**Jacket pictured is not actual jacket but replica I found online**

Great place for vintage clothing and deals. If you are selling, they can be quite selective, but that's a good thing as a buyer.

I've been loving this place for several years. I buy most of my clothing in vintage or thrift stores. This is one of the best I have been to.

If you're selling for the first time carry a form of legal identification. Usually a 10-20 minute wait.
