Crow Canyon Alterations

Took my jeans to another place - terrible. Brought them here, they fixed the hem, so good that it looked like the original factory hem. Can't recommend enough.

Several months ago I had a dress hemmed at this establishment. I was very satisfied with the work and happily paid $20 for the service. Fast forward to today. The hem completely failed all the way around. I returned to the shop requesting it be fixed. They wanted to charge me $20 again. I was shocked! I’ve only worn the dress a handful of times for no more than 2 hours. I believe the hem should have lasted much longer. The worker first denied she had done the work, that I was mistaken about the shop. I told her I know the shop was next to Menchies yogurt. Then she stated that she could not guarantee any hem more than one or two months. Really? No thank you! I’ll take my business elsewhere. This business does not stand behind their work!

The work that they do here is impeccable. Very clean and so professional, you can't even tell thr garment was altered! I trust them with my most special items and feel lucky to have then close by.

Was riding bike nearby and fell off I heard a ripping sound & noticed what I thought was small tear. I asked the woman working if she could fix. "I can see you, showing a lot" "sticking out" while smiling and staring. "Use this" and helped with safety pin. From then on I take all my shirts there for great results!

I have been coming to Crow Canyon Alterations for over fifteen years. Each and every time I patronized them, I was treated with respect and kindness and knowledge. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top notch (I would know, I was apparel sewer). I will continue to take anything I need altered to them. They did an expert alteration on a gown for my wife. Courteous staff, professional job, fair price; what more could I ask for?
