Andre Nazari (Internet Sales Manager) was very helpful during my car purchase. I thought I didn't meet the requirements to be able and qualify for the car I was interested in due to my credit and my co-signers too. He did it and was able to offer me a good deal! I strongly recommend this man to anyone doubting themselves of getting a car due to bad credit! Thanks Andre!

If you are interested in a new/used car ask for Simo Lahlou. He's the BEST! He can MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.

We took our 2019 Durango in for service, our car is still under warranty and were told repairs would happen once approved. We dropped the car on Wednesday morning. The next day the service rep Rick call to inform me they needed a third party inspector to approve the repairs. Five days go by and I have not heard from Dodge, when I reached out I was told by Rick give him one more day. We gave him two more days no response or update. My husband went in after a week to at this point retrieve our vehicle since no repairs had been made, no rental car was offered (which is covered under our warranty). Rick could not be bothered to speak with my husband who waited over two hours to get our car back. They then attempted to collect 210 dollars for diagnostics. This was never mentioned and keep in mind zero repairs have been made and we were without a car for over a week. I understand the logistics of what needed to happen. What I can’t understand is the dirt poor customer service Rick provided. We will never bring or purchase a car from Ventura Crown Dodge. I do not recommend you bring your car here, they simply do not take care of their customers.

Ok so ive been buying trucks from Crown since 05 and now on my 4th. Never have i ever had such an awesome experience buying a vehicle. From sales to finance 5 stars! JT in sales is down to earth and a real one. That guy can sell doors, door to door! Moe, Richard, and Bob are A+.
Never have i appreciated a dealership and left feeling i got hooked up and "felt" i win out on a deal.

**Beware of Misleading Advertisements at Crown Dodge! **

I was drawn in by an attractive price listed on their website for a new 2022 Ram 1500 LARAMIE CREW CAB 4X4 5'7' BOX, advertised for $56,230. After confirming over the phone that the vehicle was in stock and available at the advertised price, I made the trip to the lot.

To my dismay, upon arrival, the sales rep informed us that added features like black widow emblems, a wrap, and a lift brought the vehicle's price to over $100K. It was the same truck with the same VIN number, but with an unexpected $60K price hike!

While I understand dealerships often mark up prices, a $20 - 30K markup on new lineups is exorbitant. Interestingly, a fully-loaded Range Rover from the nearby Land Rover Dealership is cheaper than a Jeep at Crown Dodge.

If you're considering shopping here, I'd recommend exploring other Ram dealerships in the vicinity for better pricing.

While my vehicle was in for warranty work performance parts were stolen from my vehicle. They also scratched my hood while they were performing the warranty work. Mike the service manager will not return my calls and Dodge corporate states this is a dealer issue and they can not get involved. Worst dealership and the Dodge brand does nothing about these thieves. Will never own a dodge again and will never go to Crown Dodge again.

March 2021 - I bought a wonderful 2021 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk here and had a very nice buying experience.

October 2023 - My service adviser the last 2 visits I’ve made for service here has been Kelsey. All the service advisers here are friendly, polite, and professional, but it feels like Kelsey is exceptionally honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I feel relaxed and confident dealing with her. I’m grateful there are people like her in this business!

My husband and I are thrilled with our new luxury truck from Crown Dodge. We had the most amazing, no pressure, easy going experience with the manager Simo. He made himself available (even on his day off) and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable to make the deal. Denise in finance was so friendly, informative and patient with us. Crown Dodge has a great group of staff and we will be back in the future.

I should have known better, but the online pricing they were advertising was a lot lower than when you go in person. This is an old trick dealerships do to lure people in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as there was a great 0% apr promo going on.

I worked with Tony the assistant manager and he was very pushy. I was very clear and specific as to which car we were looking for. When it came to checking credit, he didn’t even know the difference between a soft and hard inquiry. I gave him my information cause he thought he was going to do a soft pull, but ended up doing a hard inquiry.

Hats off to crown for luring me in and tricking me into running my credit despite having inaccurate pricing online. These are the kinds of dealerships or “Stealerships” people really need to look out for and be aware of. I hope that not all people have the same experience as I do as this was borderline unethical. Obviously their marketing schemes work as it lured me in, but I had a feeling the pricing and promos were too good to be true.

This is our first time getting Jeep and we had a great experience with Andre! He helped us so much with the deals and even made our deal happened on his day off. We really appreciate his time and effort. The process is so quick, none of our time is wasted during this process. If you're looking for Jeep, ask for Andre, you won't be disappointed!

Ventra County BEWARE! Go to CarMax instead. Crown Dodge is Extremely shady and untrustworthy. Sales Team wthheld critical contract information. Their used vehicle inventory is not reliable, the vehicle that I just purchased 2 days ago, the electrical system / tail lift gate only works intermittently. Sales team lied to my face, I was promised a full tank of gas, this did not happen. The interior of the vehicle has water damage that the salesman said would be removed but this did not happen either. If you are a hardworking person who values honesty, take your business elsewhere. I recommend CarMax.

Buyer beware! This dealership sells only defective vehicles and offers the worst buying experience ever!

I purchased a 2023 Ram Limited from Andre, which had multiple defects. Despite my requests for cleaning and inspection, the truck had three paint defects: one on the tailgate, one on the passenger front door, and another on the rear driver-side door. The radio was also malfunctioning, and the adjustable pedals were not working.

When I asked Andre about swapping the truck out for another one or giving my old one back, he did not take either option seriously. I visited the dealership twice, spending six hours each time, and they offered to repaint the sections with defects and fix the radio (the pedals were fixed). However, this was unsatisfactory since the truck was brand new.

After several days of waiting, I emailed the sales manager, Jordan, but received no response. I then emailed Dan Wallis, the Chief Officer of Operations, who attempted to call me back, but I could not return his call as the line just rang, and I could not leave a message. I followed up with another email but am still waiting for his call.

The truck was eventually painted after a few weeks, but the interior needed to be more detailed. The radio was reprogrammed and worked fine initially, but it is acting up again. Recently, I discovered that the leather on the dashboard and one of the doors is wrinkling. I plan to contact Ram next.

Dan, I waited years for an opportunity to own a Limited, but your team's lack of support ruined it for me. Your lack of engagement makes me question your organization's culture because your team's attitude toward my situation reflects leadership, which is apparent there is none.

I was researching Jeep Gladiators online this week and came across an advertisement from Crown Jeep. I filled out a price inquiry form and was contacted by the online sales manager Andre Nazari. What a professional, knowledgeable, and really nice person.
I was able to do 80% of the transaction from home via email, text, and phone.
This was the first time I purchased a vehicle online and I was amazed how easy Andre made it. What a breeze!
When I showed up at the dealer Andre
had my vehicle ready, signed documents and explained everything I asked about the Gladiator. Took less than 1.5 hours at the dealer. I highly recommend that you give Andre a chance, you won’t regret it!

This experience was very quick considering we drove 6 hours round trip. Only took 30 minutes to complete the purchase. We love our certified used car. But…. They removed the floor mats, the lojack, the car reeks of a dog which is gross and gave us only one fully functioning key fab which wasn’t a particularly pleasant experience. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made our overall experience very good.

For starters, if you value your money, you need to invest it here with Ali as your salesman, he knows what he’s talking about and is so personable and went out of his way to assist me with all of my needs, forever a customer of his. Melissa was the one who made the appointment for me and chatted with me while I was waiting and was so welcoming. Dennys is a true gem here at dodge! You’ll leave just as happy and excited with your purchase as I did, if you work with these 3 individuals. Overall 10/10…I DO recommend.
