Susan and her team are top notch. They’re always looking out for my best interests. They put in a great tenant in my home and are always on top of maintenance. Highly recommend!

This might be the worst rental property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. They will send out maintenance to fix things and then when it’s done, they will charge you because all of a sudden they are “not responsible”. Then why did you send someone?

They also expressed that they would like us to open the homeowners mail in order to obtain our water bill, even though that is illegal.

They also claimed they had the rental property cleaned before we moved in, but the disgusting brown stains all over the stairs, the dirt all over the banister and all the food crumbs all over the kitchen and in the cabinets tell a different story.
