1 Had and experience a few years ago with one of the service managers, /supervisor or whatever they call themselves. Real a hole.
Fast-forward a few years April 7 2022
It appears we still have a few rotten apples in the bucket.
Unfortunately they still employ the some level of rude and unprofessional people. I'm not sure it's because they are are in charge of an area gives them a Big ego?
I spoke to they'rerad or supervisor or whatever he was.
I had a question about some grease.
He started nice, then grew impatient and made some rude remark.
I debated whether or not to write this, but if there's ever a time, that a company needs to know, how exactly the real interactions go with customers. The techs are cool and helpful, but the area supervisor, or whatever need a serious reality check. Not helpful.
. You create good or bad relationships with vendors and businesses. This guy just made his bed.
He's not someone I want to deal with again.
