What a joke, went to buy a car with CASH was told they don't discount cars and I would have to pay MSRP price. Question when has MSRP become manufacturer SET price instead of suggested retail price?

I have.had all my maintenance done on my Honda for 7 years. I had to order tires had 11: 30 apptmt waited until 3: 30 for car to be done. When we checked out tires when I got home and we noticed all the grease and handprints left on the rims. We expect better service as we pay more to come to the dealership. That did not happen today.

Bought two cars from oscar and have been very happy both times! Got me into my car quickly with no hassle!

My barely 2 year old cars alternator is failing. The service center said if I come in to get it tested and there's no code showing they will charge me a 200$ fee. Meanwhile my battery has been replaced and my car continues to need a jump start every week.

Brought it in angry and Louis worked really hard to make sure it was running and talked with mgmt and they didn't charge me this time. I Appreciate that and changed my review.

This place will leave you hangin and let you pay for rental cars while your truck is fixed sitting in the parking lot. I called and called leaving voicemails and never once got a call back. Finally had enough and drove a hour down there just to find out my track has been done and sitting! Meanwhile I’m driving around a rental that I’m paying out of pocket for! Take your business elsewhere! You will be glad you did.

Went in to order a new truck and nobody really seemed to know who to talk to or what to do. Got the truck ordered but no pricing or other info provided. We'll see how it goes once the truck gets in.

I went last week to get my oil changed, though shorty after that my front bumper was placed incorrectly. It was hitting the ground and that had never happened before so we went back the next day and obviously that was free of charge due to the fact that it was their fault. However that same day my front left tire “mysteriously” had a brand new nail, not no rusty one, a new one.
I believe I don’t need to continue this because we are grown and can solve this but it was a fyI to take before and after pictures of your cars and check all around so you don’t get scammed into paying more than what you came in for.

My elderly mother went in to have the ac compressor replaced and it cost her $2100.00. You can buy compressors all day long for under $300.00. Took them 4 hours to install. Don't let your moms go in there. That's elderly abuse if I ever heard of it. WAY TO GO CROWN MOTORS. I don't think that is legal to do to someone.

Services: Tires, Oil change
The mechanics decided to only do some of the srevice and left my vehicle alone for 4 hours. It took them 6 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation for an 8am appt. Everyone that came in after me was serviced in a timely manner. I recommened going to another place for oil changes.

This review is on the sales department only. I have purchased 3 vehicles and have been very pleased in the past. But not to happy as of a couple of days ago when my husband and son return home from dealing with the sales lady Jessica. They both felt that she was arrogant and she laughed when she offered us $30 k for our 2019 Tahoe. Both of them left feeling frustrated and annoyed with her. The dealer next door paid me $42000 for my car the next day.

A couple of months prior we had called and Jessica answered the phone. She laughed at us when we said we wanted to buy a Honda Civic because there were none. The fact that they didn’t have any for sale is fine. But the rude attitude that lady put off is really frustrating.

I have spent well over $120,000 dollars at their dealership. Sad to say that one bad apple can spoil our experience. I will never purchase from there again with that lady running around.

However. Donnie was always great! Also the shop has always been great as well. We used to really love buying from this dealership.
