I would like to take a moment to thank Dr Pollack and the staff at Crown Surgery Center for preforming an emergency surgery to remove my appendix after being rushed to Temecula Valley Hospital. So happy for the treatment and after care throughout this ordeal. I received discharge orders with a particular medication prescribed and was contacted the next morning by Dr Pollack to make a change in what was prescribed. I just thought after being discharged they were into the next patient but Dr Pollack was not finished. Above and beyond expectations. Thanks again

Dr. Dada and his staff were kind and professional. The whole process went smoothly and everything was done quickly and, as usual, Dr. Dada’s work was fantastic and I’m confident everything will heal up with no scarring. He has done two surgeries for me and I’ve been very satisfied with his work on both. I can’t wait to get back to my normal life now!

Dr. Festus Dada has repaired numerous hernias for me. Always with a smile and the best bedside manner the side of the Mississippi. He is one of the best surgeons in Southern California.

From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the service from Dr. Pollack and the staff at Crown Surgery. I’m hoping that I don’t need to use their services again anytime soon since it wasn’t much fun to have an Appendectomy. Haha! The Crown Surgery office is very professional and prompt in helping you. Dr. Festus Dada is very caring and helpful, and he always makes me laugh!

I had breast benign removal surgery performed by Dr Micheal Cross. I was very scared but doctor Cross team is wonderful they make me feel so comfortable during whole process. Dr.cross very quiet but very good.

Everyone was kind and very professional. The wait, what wait, there was no wait at all. My appointment was 2: 30, I was in the examining room at 2: 40, Dr Pollock was in the examining room at 2: 50

Everyone at this office was professional, friendly, and timely. They answered all my questions in detail about my upcoming surgery and mde absolutely certain I understood each step. My surgeon was very respectful and informed me of what to expect as well as any complications that might arise during the procedure. I left feeling confident and at ease.

My husband has had surgery 2 times performed by both Dr Dadas and I can’t say enough good about these men Festus has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced! They have basically saved his life twice with the Grace of God. If you need a top notch surgeon look no more. His nurses and staff are very professional also! The staffing at Crown Surgery Medical Center are very professional. Very nice facility with a pleasant experience. Dr. Dada is awesome. He really cares about his patients and will follow them through. Dr. Dada explained things clearly and made sure I understood what he was saying as well his expectations.
