I love my new bedroom floor and Crown Valley was so easy to work with. They showed up on time, completed the job and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

We took our time to decide the type of floor to purchase, and we were welcomed in the store, encouraged to look around, and ask any questions. We did receive valuable insight from both Rick & Karen.

Soon after our initial visit to the store, we did go back and requested someone to come out to take floor measurements. The follow-up communication was very prompt to schedule the next step.

We felt that all questions were answered promptly. Very friendly service from the store to the installers. We love our floor!

Crown valley flooring staff was very helpful in the selection of flooring and carpet and great to work with every step of the way including working around a crazy schedule. From selection to completion of installation everything went well. Installation took several days and each day was great to have the install team in our home. They actually made the process of removing old tile and carpet and installing new flooring stress free. Thank you to Jose and Kevin on the flooring and Arturo and team on the carpeting.

If you want your flooring to be done right, then go to Crown Valley Flooring. Rick is quite knowledgeable and can anticipate problems with the flooring. But unlike several other flooring places, he has solutions, which are practical and sensible. His installers, and in particular, Robert is quite meticulous and prides himself on doing the job right. We had 2 problem areas, one was our stairs, and the other was a room which had leveling and moisture problems. They solved both the moisture and leveling problems, and the stairs were done with meticulous precision. We had old floor lights for the stairs, which they removed and installed new ones, added lights, and changed them to LED lights. They extended the step on the stairs which provided a little extra safety I would recommend them for your flooring job.

We were really pleased with our local flooring store, Carpet One! Right from the beginning, we were assisted quickly, shown an array of carpeting and scheduled for installation. Rick Mink follows through with the entire process and makes sure the installation was completed properly and to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Carpet One!

Our carpet turned out great. When we walked into the store we immediately saw what we had been searching for. Karen and Rick were super kind and helpful.
