Currently going through a total remodel and several of the docks and slips are brand new. Fantastic location with skiable water right outside the marina. From the tri valley, it takes us under 60 minutes from leaving the house to jumping the wake.

I had a friend that kept his houseboat there up to about 3 years ago. He left because formers were behind on maintenance. I've heard it's much better, I'd love to come out for a visit and see for myself.
