Crumbl Cookies - Concord

Great cookies! Love the creativity they have. Keep semi sweet chocolate chip instead of normal milk chocolate!

Been here a couple of times. Last time I ordered ahead of time for my friend’s birthday, the order wasn’t ready when I arrived. It was also missing the special note that I requested. Cookie and icing was served sloppy. The San Ramon location is way better.

Love this place! A must visit whenever we are close by. I know I’m not alone because the wait can be kind of long in the evenings, but it’s worth it!

This places is amazing and cookings are always delicious. Also, workers are nice and fast. The only reason i give it 4 stars and not 5 its because trying to find PARKING is a nightmare. Everytime i go to this location i have to prepapre myself to drive around at least 10 times in the parking lot to find parking! Love this place but the parking is crazy.

Good cookie depending of flavors (duh) store was a tad bit dirty when I went one time, didn't care though.

The cookies were good. My favorite was the Boston Cream Pie this week. The service was great as well! One of the workers Julia was super nice and helped me take my order.

No cookie compares to the taste, texture nor surprise you get from Crumbl each week new flavors are released!

On Yelp, this Crumbl Cookie is a 2 star for a reason. It is ridiculous that it is 4+ stars on here. There is so many things wrong with this location it is better you go to the Whole Foods across the street, buy some cookie dough, and bake a batch of cookies yourself. Better yet get a nice pastry from Whole Foods or the neighboring Peets Coffee.

The placement of the bakery is in a well populated location gathering interest of those who crave a sweet treat or have a sweet tooth.

Not sure why ppl say Crumbl Cookies not worth the price. Yes, they are on the expensive side…but they are hella good too! I have a Love/Hate relationship with the weekly menu tho ‍️

Had a friend that worked at the veranda place, and she told me that the employees are required to do 4,6, and 12 packs of cookies under a minute all while remembering what cookies they were, not to mention she had seen one of the staff-members take out their phone to take a picture of the order before deleting it from the list, fyi this would be considered cross contamination, or a form of gross contacting, by my friends account the employee never changed their gloves after contact with their phone much less cleaned their hands. On other accounts they go through employees faster than most companies with contractors and clients, but enough of the ugly underside. The cookies speak for them selfs not to mention that they change every week? Delish!
