Funny how one person can make you deduct a star. The equipment works good though and the cleaning staff here should be used at the white house.

People need to put weights back. Stop using so much equipment at once. Show respect for others opportunity to workout.

Ive come across members not wiping down the machines after using.
Also. On there phone. Taking there sweet time on machines.

They do not control the number of people that goes in so is always crowded, water fountains are opened which can be contagious points. Employees are not controlling if people keep their mask on, i saw a lot of people with their masks on their head or all the way down to their necks. One day was enough for me to not wanting to go back, trying to get my money back.

Despite the gym enforcing masks (which is great), they do not make the guy running the arlets cafe wear a mask. I have seen him multiple times without a mask as well as the people in the kitchen. The same people making food. Pretty gross.

Me and my girlfriend signed up with crunch during the pandemic because they were still open with their gym set up outdoors. We still had memberships with LA Fitness but they had closed down due to the pandemic temporarily. We were very adamant about not wanting a year long contract with Crunch and making sure it was a month to month because we already have a gym membership with LA Fitness. Long story short we tried to cancel and somehow we were put on the year long contract and they wouldn't cancel our contract. It wasn't just me they made an error with but both me and my girlfriend so we know 100% they made a mistake. We are not sure how this happened because we were so clear about wanting the month to month cancel anytime in case our gym opened back up. The guy who signed us up assured us multiple times that we could cancel anytime and it would be no problem.obviously NOT we feel like we have been scammed and they refuse to take responsibility for THEIR mistake. Do yourself a favor and do NOT sign up for this gym.

Not the best in equipment and machine availability but what can you expect when you need and want a gym during a pandemic. I’d give 3.5 but could do much better, hopefully they do once it’s over. For now it’s something to get by with.

They literally have employees walking around harassing customer as they workout about the mask. You cannot pull it down for 5 second to catch your breathe. I’m ALL for wearing the masks but if you see people literally gasping for air, I feel it’s okay to let them at LEAST catch their breathe. I am thinking about canceling my membership.

Used to be THE Powerhouse Gym in Chatsworth. Had a hardcore bodybuilding/powerlifting atmosphere with all of the equipment. Now it's commercialized with all of the equipment replaced by standard, subpar machines. I'd only recommend it to a beginner due to affordability and ease of access as a last resort. Shame!

The facility accommodates all the necessity to reach health goals plus they expanded elite facilities for experience people in training.

So much better than the LA fitness next door. Place is wonderful to work out as long as it is not between 5-9 Monday through Thursday. Locker rooms are small and a bit cramped from the square layout without benches in most of the aisles. Sauna is better than at other gyms I've been to.

Awsome place! I got to do squats and incline bench because they have lots of high quality equipment

They did a great job replacing old machines and have lots of classes. Big facility with everything you need.

Crunch has about everything you want except the pool they have cycling, they have boxing, they have a heavy weight room, they even have a ladies exercise room no guys allowed, they have special prices every year every once in awhile they do have a special, I was lucky enough to get in for 995 a month on one of their specials fantastic Jim very clean the people in their clean or cleaning even while you're working out or going over the machines. You really need to visit.

IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE VANDALIZED GO TO CRUNCH IN NORTHRIDGE AND PARK AT THEIR PARKING WHERE THERE IS NO SECURITY, NO CAMERA, AND THE MANAGEMENT THAT DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE THE CIRPORATE NUMBER. THREE DAYS AGO THREE CARS WERE VANDALIZED THERE, INCLUDING MINE, AND THE MANAGEMEND DID NOTHING.

I love crunch gym everyone there is awesome you walking you feel like you’re coming home to your own gym to work out all the equipment are clean in good working order I have never had a problem with communicating with anyone at the gym people are wonderful who go there and they are very friendly I would recommend this gym to everyone the staff is professional and very helpful and all the drinks and knowledge of them thank you crunch

Moved to the area and this was the closest gym to my building. It looks nice from the outside but horribly old from the inside. Machines were old and disgusting, smells like sweat inside. They also have a dedicated women's only section inside but very limited on machine. They have very big building though but such a waste to have old equipment

Experienced Trainers. Large accommodating facility. Lots of machines and training areas. Plus classes for every age group. I feel younger and stronger since I started training and well supported

Good place just dislike that they do not have PAPER towels and that they got rid of the recyclable bins lol.

This is my favorite gym! I sometimes go to the northridge branch but I prefer to go to Chatsworth because of the female gym
Group classes are fun. I really enjoy my time at crunch
