It's a nice gym has equipment for about every major muscle group. Gym staff has been very friendly no complaints. Just can get really crowded at times early morning best time to go.

I do not recommend this gym at all. It's a zoo, several machines have been broken for awhile, and there isn't space for the amount of people that come here. I rarely can get on the machines I want to use. The music often is loud and not very good and sometimes can hear it with earbuds on with my music playing. LA fitness is so much better.

Oliver Oliver Oliver! I came in to sign up and he was the most informative employee that assisted me in doing so. He told me the ups and downs of this gym location and for that I really do appreciate him for his honesty.

I had a month to month membership. They charged me when the city went on COVID-19 lockdown. Then I moved while they were closed and could not communicate in person so I sent an email cancelation of my month to month. I received an email delivery notification so I know the manager got it. Now they have sent a $205 collection against me. I've read the Better Business Bureau and they did similar scam to other members. The manager does not reply until I wrote poor reviews and he said some bull that he couldn't fix what he stole. BEWARE!

I felt disappointed and let down but the customer service. I tried contacting corporate to resolve my issue and I still haven't heard back. I truly have had better customer service and communication from the DMV.

Good gym, though many of the weightlifters are loungers who hog the benches on their phones.

One big detriment is that they have no WiFi even though it says they do online.

The gym is great but they play the WORST music possible! Today “bad day” by Daniel porter was on. Now I’m not one to judge but who in the right mind is listening to slow pop when they lift? Nobody. At least play some energetic music and not slow elevator music

Scammers! Did the 30 day trial. Canceled! They took 85 dollars a month later from my account now all of a sudden computer/internet down until 1/8/20 don't deal with them. Spoke 2 Jimmy and called Ed no response

The hot water need to COME ON faster then 40 min other then that i love working out people in there never SMILE thats why you still FAT PUT SOME JOY IN YOUR LIFE I BET YOU WILL LOSE THEM UNWANTED POUNDS

I like it because it is close to me and has all arerobic machines and weights. I gave it only 4 stars because it has only 2 showers (one for handicap) and that shower has only cold water. Also they don't have WiFi. Other wise it is ok and reasonable price and enrollment fees low and monthly 21 a month. Also they are 24/7 m-th.

I have no problem with the gym great workout machines staff is friendly so far nothing bad I come here around 12: 50 in the morning but my last workout my car got stolen in this parking lot, after my work out my car was missing so be aware the area might look nice that dose not mean a thing. I'm highly up set but what can I do. So if your using this parking and going to the gym at night/early morning keep on the look out lock your doors and lock your wheels. Smh

Ana billed me for two whole pt sessions after I tried canceling a month before bill date and still get billed and then acts like she doesn’t know who we were only to find out her and my trainer are in it together because they’re dating. UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC. Thanks for ruining my Dad Memorial Ceremony by stashing all the money.

I do classes because I don't know about working out and they're great. Bbt boot camp and Pilates leaves me sore for days

This gym is in a great and convinient location. The staff is great, but the gymneeds some upgrades and the equipment could use a bit more TLC.

Most of the time it's very clean. Go in go out and get a workout. I like that they have several squating stations. I never use the machines but they're well maintained from the looks of it. Restrooms clean and everyone minds their own. The staff could be a bit more friendly but I guess that's the culture out here.

Small gym but it has plenty of treadmills. This place is packed at peak hours. Getting a machine at that time is ridiculous.

The front desk people are amazing and I have met so many amazing people that want to see you succeed here. I come excited to the gym because of the great customer service and the people. It can get pretty busy which can be a little stressful especially since I have a lot to do in a night but hey it’s a small gym and a good price. I couldn’t complain and people are willing to share if you simply just ask! Very glad I get to call this my home gym.
Shout out to Jonny for being the best employee they have! Always on top of it and works so hard!

My only complaints at this particular location would be the parking and customer service. It's basic and the managers (Jimmy and another guy) stand in the front and don't greet anyone and when you ask a question, they act like they're in a rush. The package deals are pretty good though and there is a reasonable amount of equipment to use. You definitely get what you pay for. The only reason I didn't continue here is because they don't offer childcare services.

Been going here a lot lately, it's a great place to pass time and lose weight while you are at it.

So excited for this gym to start up. I spoke to the manager today and he is very excited and dedicated to getting it ready! It's gonna be great!
