Best gym ever, staff is friendly and people in it working out is very friendly too. Lately is very crowded, don't go between 6-9 pm.
To bad I have to go I move out of town, I highly recommended.

Staff are very welcoming. My biggest concern is cleanliness. I appreciate the team’s efforts in maintaining this gym clean! The owner is extremely nice as well:)

Trust me folks, look for another gym. This gym is nasty and the staffs attitude is nastier. They Are friendly when trying to get you to sign up but after that they don’t respect you anymore. The equipment is also nasty and people don’t clean after themselves. It’s better to pay a little more for a gym with good hygiene.

Best gym around! I left In-Shape for Crunch, BEST decision I’ve made. Crunch is a lot cleaner, the hiit area is great for functional training, plenty of weights! The staff is also friendly and knowledge!

Crowded af week days, too many people in one machine just talking, not even working out. If the gym was bigger it would be better

All the free weight benches we're full an being used. It's was my first time coming here. Im doing a trial run because I am looking for a new gym to go to.

When people are in the building, they are in the building to work out.

I sent an email to the managers email to cancel my membership and
I went in personally as well to cancel my membership it has been 2 months since then and i am still being charged monthly. Insane just go to INSHAPE

Crunch fitness known as the distance genraly because it's evnviting from walking from home. Not only is it enviting but worth the work out there's nothing else changeling sometimes from home. Thank you crunch fitness!

Terrible experience when we tried to register today, the receptionist insisted for my two 16 old boys not to get in until I get there myself and not with their uncle who is 35 years old. What frustrated us all and turned us back to leave and register with planet fitness instead is the fact that my boys two friends who are the same age of my sons and their classmates, age 16 and 12 only five minutes prior to my boys arrival there already registered and got in and started playing without having their parents with them. So this double standard was bad and led to us and 8 other friends to go to plant fitness.

Thank you Crunch fitness for giving me a 2nd chance & letting me have a fresh start on my account. Now I got that good fit vibe back?

Ugh this place went downhill so badly! They implemented this "55" max capacity due to covid regulation but if you pay for the VIP pass you don't have to wait till there 55 people inside and you cut everyone who's been waiting for 20 mins outside. Complete BS and a way to get more money back since they lost alot during the pandemic

This location falsely charged me a year worth of Crunch membership after I cancelled the membership. Can't help but feel disappointed by how poorly this location is managed. To make matters worse there was no sincere apology for the year-long false charges nor was there any attempt from the management to address the issue and offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience that was caused. It frustrates me having to deal with discouraging service and poor management when the brand claims to be otherwise. I hope this message reaches whoever is in charge.

October 9 2020 was at crunch posted rule in the gum for covid 19.some member do not care I seen two members with no mask and they are to stay 6 ft away from you a member walk in to crunch to work out walked right up to me shoulder to shoulder. I said hay stay 6 Ft away he just looked at me and the staff seen him and said nothing.

Great Place. Lots of Equipment, Friendly but Safe Staff (that’s a good thing due to corona virus protocol) clean restrooms Serious minded customers getting in shape and building muscle. Love this place. Price is unbeatable.

The place is good. Cleanliness is well maintain. Atmosphere is good vibes and everyone is kind. The place just need more benches and weights because it gets too crowded

Gym staff is 10/5. So incredibly friendly and informative. After coming as a guest for a few weeks, I decided to take the plunge and add Crunch to my home gyms. Heard Ruby was teaching spin here now (she’s better than coffee!) so I purchased the highest plan to start with her tomorrow. Michael (front desk) has always been so kind and welcoming. Stephanie (and another girl, sorry I forgot her name) got me enrolled quickly today. They were in great spirits and encouraged me to try out different classes offered (see you at videography!) and gave me a ton of useful information and got me setup with my kickoff orientation tomorrow. Looking forward to having full access to Crunch and smash these goals.

Crunch, I’ve been a member at Crunch since they opened it, day one. I always call it my second home! The staff always friendly and with great positive personality.
