Crunch Fitness - Palmdale

I've been going to this gym for a long time the biggest issue I noticed super crowded anytime it's pretty disappointing but, staff are okay theyre nice another issue machines gets broken down nobody's there to fix or have a maintenance person

You want to open a membership? Of course that’s a 5 star service it will only take 5 mins of your time

You want to cancel membership? You have to send an email, wait for a response just for them to tell you oh you can cancel but you’ll still be charge the membership fee even though you never used your account

You still like the place at first, but everything's always breaking. There's holes on the floor takes a long time to get things fixed at this place, and it's been getting dirty.
A lot of kids go to this place not enough weights? Now I'm at in shape. They have all the weights and they have double or triple of everything. This place is excellent, and it's huge and very clean, nice and quiet.

Most cardio machines are always broken down, and not cleaned on the daily. I cancelled my membership after 3 plus years of being wit them and Operations still mage to charge me an extra 2 months plus daycare! I’m very disappointed wit this facility and disgusted wit the way they run things! Also wanna warn you guys they charge you a maintenance fee every year for around $60 the first one about 2 months after you enroll and they don’t even keep facility clean as they should!

Very dirty gym, equipment needs to be updated, management is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money here.

I've been coming to this gym going on two months now, I enjoy my workouts every time & so far I noticed it's a different vibe (Good vibe) I get the impression for me it seems like a gym that fosters sociality.just based off of how all the equipment is stationed.in my experience (tho limited) the folks who come to work out seem to leave there attitudes at home an to move with there best foot forward so overall this gym from me gets 5stars.

Worst gym in East Palmdale. Super crowded and dirty. Outside court yard lights have been non working for over an year. ITS A SAFETY HAZARD! Since its so crowded inside i move to the outside weights but its pitch black and cant see anything. Theres people having to play basketball in the dark. Honestly can see a lawsuit coming soon from someone getting hurt in the dark. Overall bad gym. Would not recommend.

At first glance it’s nice but then you start working out and realize nothing is where it should be and you can’t find whole sets of free weights. There isnt much gym etiquette. Weights are not put back appropriately at all. It’s also typically over crowded. Some machines are a bit more awkward than necessary. It’s easy to loose focus because of the play in the machines and extra movement that they have. Worth spending the extra $ for a little better quality gym.

I gave one star just to give feedback! Please don’t go there! They sneak me into a contract by saying it was a trial period and I can cancel before the 30th day! It’s a trick! The general manager, in my experience, Steve is rude and and unprofessional! After questioning my future not agreed upon transaction he told me to leave and basically accept the charge and cancel afterwards! I went to the BBB yes! It was that bad!

Great place to workout. First day in got me really sore. Haven't been this sore since the Ninja Warrior gym. Plenty of machines and weights for all your needs.

I’m 2019 I have it 5 stars! Now its 1, it’s extremely loud, people have no consideration for others, the management is a joke with their random canceling of classes! The only upside is the convenience of location and that’s getting to be not even worth it

I've been a member of this gym since it used to be called Universal Fitness and I hate to say it but I'm very disappointed with this gym now. Me and my fiancé came here to work out because we finally have time to start hitting the gym again. My membership used to include the whole package but now it's the lowest tier package but the same price. It still includes a guest pass but they force you to take a tour of the gym every single time you bring in a guest. They wasted an hour and a half of our time just to give my fiancé permission to work out as a guest under my membership because they want her to get her own membership even though she lives with me. They did not say this was due to Covid or anything, they just said she needed a membership if she did not want to have to take a tour every time she comes. My preworkout was wearing off by the time they allowed us to actually use the gym and our time had already run out so we just left without getting a single workout in.

Furthermore.they removed the 2 boxing bags that used to be available for everyone upstairs and you now have to pay extra to be able to use any of that. I had to call my bank to stop payment for this membership because they were making it impossible to cancel it.

If i could give 0 stars i would have. This is the absolute worst gym experience i’ve ever had. Not Crunch as a whole, just this location. The lies were constant and i lost so much money in the process. I was in an almost year long battle with them over closing my and an additional account and it wasnt until it was finally closed that i was told the full truth and that they would not help me. After multiple emails, and countless phone calls with a new person every time, i was misled and taken advantage of. I was fully transparent and informed them early on that my Mother had passed away recently and they continued to milk my account without my knowledge. I’m very disheartened and disappointed.

Blanco is a terrible manager he will not help you resolve an issue with your account when it is the gym's fault. He will also charge you twice even when you already paid. It is crucial to always keep all your receipts. Do not place your account on hold or freeze it does not work it is a scam. Blanco will charge you regardless. There is no point of having that option. The gym was in much better management before he took over. They send me constant promotions to go back. I will never waste my money again there with him.

Most of the times there is no hot water! I’m sooooooo sooooooo tired of it why is so hard? Pleaeeeaaeee!

Hey, do not trust this place did charger left and right they charge me $190 with an two month which one’s supposed to be $19 a month. The line with the customer make sure read the paperwork before you sign. It be surprised when your moneys gone from your account the cheater, the liar no parking people were there in the park on handicap and they go inside, I know whose handicap card they using but still I don’t care no parking there the charging so much money and no idea the line and never see people like that I pay $86 first deposit 2699 next month then they charge me $76 for what is it is annually fees are you kidding within two months they charge that much money I cancel no thank you no more I recommend you don’t go there. Don’t waste your money better to clean your car or do something else don’t be dumb dumb

As a gym nut, I've been to every gym within 80 miles, and this is the one I always come back to.
