Food was good except for the fact that I was sat close to the restroom where the smell of urine overwhelmed everything. Servers where nice. But the smell disgusting dont let them sit you next to the wines shouldn't be a seating area.

A very nice evening with great food! The prices have gone up with the shortage of crab and stuff, but the quality was superb. Waiter was great and we got to sit right by the coy fish thanks to the host! We got the crab and the buttered noodles, also the “cigar” sushi which was a treat!

The only comment that didn’t make much of a difference to our experience is that I wish the dress code was enforced a little more. I had read on their site about it and was excited to dress up, but when I came someone sitting in the next table was wearing jeans. Eh, it’s alright. Had a great time regardless!

Just wow. The food and presentation are on another level. Everything was delicious, make sure you try the tuna cigars and the garlic noodles!

So not worth the price. No service and they added 20% tip obligatory to our bill. We had to ask twice to close the door because it was so cold. They never refilled our water, we asked three times for tabasco, we did not get a service worth of 20% at all….

It’s a splurge dinner. Server was great, but hiccups in service that were surprising at the price point (appetizers before wine, dessert menus before done with meal).

Apps were delicious - lobster and shrimp wontons, lamb dumplings and deconstructed crab rangoon). Mains were good, plentiful and pricey (Dungeness crab, lobster and garlic noodles). A bit too much garlic for me.

AMAZING! Service was exceptional considering we had more than 10 people in our group. Although all of the food was delicious. The garlic noodles are a MUST have.

Very Disappointed. Roaches and extra charges. I used to love this place. But now I am just like make sure you check you cards after you leave because they will OVER charge your card after you saw one price, after it clears in your account it will be another charge so be on the look out.

After reading the reviews on this place I was astonished.with how bad this place is. First, we arrived right on time for our reservation a minute or two early and are being asked to wait in the bar because they have a few parties ahead of us. Whats the point of making a reservation at a specific time if you are being told there's multiple people a head of you? In addition to that, the place is not even half full. We get seated about 30 minutes later, being told our table is all set. It wasn't, a fork was missing. I carried my glass of wine over from the bar by myself.and my partner ordered a glass of wine once the waiter came.after waiting for about 10 minutes and with no menus. We ordered the crab cake and asked what the waiter would recommend as appetizer and he interrupted and answered with a rude voice, I'll get some menus for you. Menus are cheap and printed on a paper.thought this was an upscale place. We out appetizers in and wait, and wait and wait.the tuna cigars comes out which was tasteful but still no wine. Waited another 20 minuts trying to get a hold of our waiter, who was completely ignoring us. 30 minutes later we asked about the wine, after having two appetizers. He was gonna look with his manager and saying things sometimes gets mixed up. It's a glass of wine, the place is pretty much empty.how does it take so long? Not even an apology. Food comes and it's really nothing special at all. Shell pieces in the Dungeness crab, over cooked noodles.and still a rude waiter. I will never return here. Worst service and attitude I've ever experienced with low quality food.

We had been wanting to dine at Crustaceans for a very long time, we finally enjoyed dinner there today. The food was delicious, they have vegan options on their menu, the drinks were amazing, and the service was impeccable. A very pleasant experience.

The service and atmosphere is always excellent. They are known for their garlic noodles, but they are too sticky and thick and not really full of garlic. It be better if they were an udon noodle in a garlic butter sauce. Not good portions for the price. The floor is not the same beautiful glass floor of a fish tank so it lessens the experience. Two prawn cost $24.00, so because it was a birthday we spent money to treat ourselves. The pandemic changed things. It's not the same, but it is a place that you may want to try at least once.

What a lovely experience! The noodles with Lobster and Crab puffs (?) we’re so delicious.

My favorite thing was the yin and Yang martini, I would come back just to drink it again.

The charm of the koi fish in the floor will having me recommending Crustacean to BH visitors in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my food and the ambiance. I celebrated my birthday and they provided a really nice card and dessert! The only issue was the waiter wasn't very helpful with trying to accommodate our food requests/questions, but the manager stepped in and assisted.

We stumbled across this place as we were walking around and I’m so glad that we did. My husband and I are starting our journey of going to all 50 states. We come from Boston and let me tell you this place is a 10/10. Katie and Gabriel took amazing care of us very very attentive. The food was amazing, the service impeccable, the decor is beautiful. This is a must try place when visiting Beverly Hills trust me you won’t regret it. Also get the table side ice cream delicious.

I've been here a couple times and have had several items off the menu, and it might be some of the best quality food I've ever had in my life. From the crab to caviar. The filet mignon to the garlic noodles. You cannot go wrong. The brussel sprouts are even made to perfection. The flavors of this place are worth the price tag. You will not be disappointed.
