I don’t know how this place managed to get 3.5 stars when the only person who understands business and customer satisfaction is the young kid who translates.
The first day we walked in should have been a red flag, we waited around for someone to approach us which took a while. We settled on a fridge, had it delivered and a couple weeks later the fridge broke and all of our food went bad. (I have a large family so it was a lot of food) They picked it up and did not greet me, say goodbye, or give me an estimated time it would be gone. Maybe a week later, we get it back. It breaks again, they fix it. And guess what… it breaks AGAIN. Hundreds of dollars in food went down the drain and I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. The warranty was up in a few days so I believe they were doing patch work and did not care if I got stuck with a broken fridge. They even went back on their word, we made a deal that if we got the fridge back to their store then we’ll get a full refund otherwise picking it up would’ve costed 80$ out of our refund. We get it there and they said they don’t know what i was talking about! I was yelling at these people and I don’t do things like that. No reguard for my time, money, and inconvenience to my children and family being without a fridge. Because they never return phone calls or give or stick to any time frame given, we were forced to use storage bins filled with ice to keep our food cold. I’ve never had such an awful experience buying an appliance. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. Like Pepes appliances on Niles!

Terrible appliance tech experience. We seeked out tho this place in desperate need to fix our washer. He came the next day…. Stated he needed to order a part, left never came back. He didnt answer our text or phone calls. Very unprofessional service. A day after the fact he never responded to our phonecalls… we hire a professional company to come and check the washer he left unfixed. The company we hired stated cruz appliances burned out the computer of our washer when was attempting to fix it. Terrrible. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Untrustworthy service.

Hello everyone. It took me a few months to post this review but I wanted to wait until the warranty expired on my washing machine and refrigerator. I honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this business. They are amazing, wonderful people and they are fair with their prices. I would recommend Cruz's Appliances to anyone! By the way, I am NOT a first time customer. I've been using their services for years!

My thermostat went out in my dryer so instead of getting it fixed i went to cruz applaince and bought a dryer there for 200.00 within a week of having the dryer in order to dry one load of clothes i have to run the dryer over and over again four times to dry i called them explained the situation to them and if i could have someone come out and replace the therastate misplaced the paperwork and asked them if they could please look up my name she told me no i need te paperwork i told them my brother just died and i misplaced it somewhere every time when i try to get someone in out here they r busy and for me to call back tomorrow i

I bought a refrigerator there and a week before my contract was up the fridge started leaking really bad I called and got the run around for a whole week then told nothing could be done my contract was up. What a waste of good money, don't be scammed by these people.

We bought a washer and dryer from Cruz's because our dryer was going out and our washer had an issue with the main dial not working. Let them take our old, still technically working appliances when they dropped off the new ones.
The next day, the dryer wasn't drying clothes. No heat at all. Called them and they came to pick it up for repair and brought the same day. Still didn't dry clothes.
When we told them this, they offered to let us swap it out for a different one. That was Thursday. It's now Monday and we STILL haven't gotten the replacement dryer after several phone calls and multiple times being told "it'll be there in an hour".
The excuse we got? We forgot.sorry. Their delivery guys were just hanging around the place doing nothing when we walked in to get a refund because we're DONE. But since I paid with my card they had to send the refund back to my card which can take a day or two.
As we're leaving, the owner told us he wanted to come RIGHT NOW to pick up their dryer. How the HELL can you take SEVERAL DAYS to make good on your word and then be oh so ready right away to come for a pick up. He can wait until my refund hits my bank before he gets anything.

This people here dont care about their customers.someone told me bad things about them before.if you are going to get a used appliance go somewhere else.and dont trust this people with your hard earned money.

The lady running the floor was awesome. The process was simple and my dryer was delivered the next day for a super reasonable price. I went to a few places before this and was appalled at not only the cost of their messed up dryers but the conditions of their store rooms- I had nightmares of being infested with some sort of bug from the looks of the appliance store on California. But at Cruz's it was a whole different experience. Everything was clean, the prices were well marked and she knew exactly where anything I asked for was. Everything extra that was needed besides the dryer was available and also reasonably priced. One stop shop. If I ever need to get another appliance- this is the first place I'll go and I've already recommended it to a friend.

I bought a washer from here for my mom who's washer went out. I feel like they gave me a good deal and the washer is still running without any problems. It has been over a year I believe. They were very friendly.

I buy all my clients refrigerators there. The owner is always so nice and the delivery time is always on time

I went to go get a stove. The ladies who were in there didn't even speak English and had a hard time even letting me know about the stoves they had. I left thinking that they were going to text me the info to apply for credit. THEY NEVER DID! HOW are you doing business if you don't follow through to sell the stuff you have?
