I went to Cryospot after being referred there by my massage therapist. Wow! Really amazing experience! The owner was very generous and offered two of the therapies free of charge on my first visit. I signed up for 5 sessions of 4 different types of therapies. Really excited to start incorporating this into my wellness program!

Really bad experience, miscommunication could have ended better if Manager didn’t have bad customer service skills. The manager is simply rude!

This place is phenomenal! I had no idea they had such a variety of services ranging from various cryo treatments to IV therapies and a sauna! The owner Vic explains everything to you in detail. Vic is clearly passionate, knowledgeable, and cares about his clients. I walked out of my first ever cryotherapy session today 1000% impressed and will be coming back for future sessions! I am so excited that I found this place! #AMAZING!

Love me some cryo freeze to get my day kicked off and the leg compression therapy is so needed after running around all week from work. It just closes out the week perfectly. Great staff and a small, well designed business.

Absolutely love this place for all my recovery needs. The staff treats you like family and is extremely knowledgeable. No matter what you are visiting for, they have so many different ways to help you recover from an injury or keep your body moving. The place is always spotless and they have a lot of great packages to meet anyone’s budget. Hands-down the best cryo-in Orange County!

This place is fantastic! I’ve only do the cryotherapy here and it feels so good. The company gives a really good deal on the package. I’m interested in trying more of what they offer. The staff is very friendly. I met the owner, Vick. He’s very friendly and informative. Definitely would recommend this spot.

Best massage I've EVER had! Very friendly, clean and professional. My husband and I were both super happy and our sore muscles felt much better after our massages. We will definitely be back here again. Very relaxing! Thank you!

My husband goes for his shoulder. He has had problems since he fractured his clavicle back in January of this year. Victor is great knows how to use the rapid release and the theragun. He also has been using the cryo chamber. Will soon book our sauna session.

Such an awesome place! The owner is amazing, the facilities are clean and well laid out, and the people working are amazing at communicating throughout the whole experience!

Was limping from strained quads when I showed up. A quick jump in the cryo chamber and a painful bout with the T Gun I was good as new. Super friendly staff and attentive owner. Definitely recommend to any newbies and all veteran cryo fans!

Absolutely love Cryospot and Vic is the man. Go here for all of your rehab needs, or for any mood boosting you may need! We have done the cryo, spot treatment, and the compression. I recommend all of them! Can’t wait to try the infrared saunas next.

I have had a total of 4 surgeries on my feet. Consequently, my feet are always swollen and in pain. So, I decided to try Compression Therapy. For the last week, I have done a 35 minute session, every day.
I do not like writing posts or reviews on anything. But let me tell you, I decided to write a post because in just one week I noticed major changes.
I am able to sleep better at night, my swelling has gone down and my overall circulation has improved. But what I am most impressed with was my spider veins have also diminished. I am so excited with my outcome with just after 1 week. Hands down, best therapy ever!
