GREAT EXPERIENCE at Crystal Chrysler while purchasing new car. Everyone there very polite and knowledgable. Special shout out to Ivan who has termendous knowledge of vehicles on lot. Very likable guy and treated us very fairly. Explained everything about the car and made us comfortable. I'd recommend them and especially Ivan to anyone. Thanks for making it so easy.

We worked with Ruben on getting our Jeep Grand Cherokee and we are from San Diego. Ruben made everything seamless so all we had to do was drive (3 hours) up and sign the paperwork. Made a trade in on our old Jeep and came home in our beautiful new Jeep. Financing dept was easy and didn’t end up spending hours there like most dealerships. Great service all the way around.

I was in Palm Springs for a dog show in Indio. My passenger door window broke on Friday afternoon at 4: 00. On the drive home I stopped at a couple of car places looking for help with the now fully inoperable open window. No luck. Made it through the night with plastic and duct tape and a great Motel staff watching!
Found Crystal Chrysler/Dodge close by before 8: 00am and pulled in. I explained I was on a tight schedule for that day, had a van/office full of equipment and dogs to Alex! I was stressed as I was on a time schedule and can't be late.

2 hours later I was back in my van, problem fixed. I can drive home to Arizona secure again!

Crystal Chrysler your service team rocks! All of them. I was able to bring home a new Champion today! Thank you!

The Service was great and Fast! They did Oil change and inspection in about 1: 30. The only reason I gave them a 4 is because I did my apointment online and some services do not have a price, I was thinking it was free since it was priced at 0. So when I got to the service line they told me it will be so much for the services and then I told them that the online price was 0 and they said that the prices where not correct. Therefore I had to pay for those services, they should update or correct the pricing with the online service request so no other customers will be misguided the same way.

Had an amazing experience. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles before and this by far has been the best experience we've ever had. Guillermo Kerrigan helped us with finding the right vehicle for our family. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rico assisted us with our paperwork and was also very knowledgeable and helpful. What a great team! This was a great experience and am totally happy with our purchase. We definitely recommend and will be back for further purchases in the future.

I took my vehicle in to get rattles in the hatchback repaired and it's still rattling. If I could give a no star rating I would my vehicle continues to rattle. I had the oil changed they did not bother to put a sticker on the window indicating the mileage and the date. They left their empty water bottles in my car. My car now has to go back so they can attempt to fix the rattles again. I will advise everyone that I know not to use your dealership.
11/18, I was contacted by the manager of Crystal Chrysler Jim Fortney on Friday after my posting and he promised to follow with me on Saturday about the poor service I received at Crystal Chrysler he failed to follow up on his promise. Now the test will be to see if they will ever fix my vehicle.

I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left it there to run errands with a friend thinking it would be a few hours. The Jeep was ready in 45 minutes! I was very happy with prompt service! Everyone was polite, positive and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking to service their vehicle at this dealership.

My boyfriend and I had been going from to dealership to dealership looking for our next car. Upon arriving at Crystal Chrystler in Cathedral City we were immediately greeted by Paul. We talked about our wants and our budget. He respected it and showed us all of our options, he knew we had no intentions of walking out with a car that day, but he still took his time in explaining everything to us (keep in mind we are not first time car buyers, yet still he explained everything to us.) That day we left and continued exploring more dealerships and within a week I received a very professional text with an image of a vehicle that he knew would interest me. Of course I went in for a test drive and a few hours later I walked out owning a brand new challenger. This man did his job, didn’t waste my time, was realistic with me, didn’t try to push me into something I couldn’t afford or something I wasn’t interested in, and most of all he was professional, friendly, and very well educated on his job. He definitely showed confidence, which made me feel comfortable moving forward with our purchase!

This is the second visit in a row to the Cathedral City dealership (2 others visits were done right at Indio dealership) at the Quick Lane service to have my oil changed and tires rotated, each time was an hour and a half wait which doesn’t feel quick to me but the real issue is that both times they put on my paperwork my tires were rotated but they were not. I put a mark on my tire before the work just to make sure and the same mark on the same tire were in the same spot when it was returned to me. The service was added to my financing when I purchased the truck so I am paying for this work each time and it’s not being done. I let my service advisor Moe know that I cannot wait any longer and the work was not completed. He seemed shocked but I am super disappointed and have lost faith in this dealership. Very unhappy customer.

Kevin, my salesman, Jessie the manager, and Rigo the finance man were excellent to do business with. Kevin took notes on my wants, needs, and desires and DELIVERED. He actually went to Anaheim to pick up my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited and drive it back to Palm Springs.

Jessie, thank you so much for getting me my Jeep with EVERYTHING ON MY LIST. He got me what I wanted and a the monthly payments that was comfortable.

Rigo, a no nonsense guy. Thank you for not pressuring me on “the extras” I did not want. You made the most tedious part of purchasing a vehicle go by smoothly!

I will definitely recommend you all!

Huge employee theft problem. We had matching raw caged emeralds on our key chains—of sentimental value. This had to be intentionally removed from key chain. The only way to access the glove box is with our car key—which they had. We asked the service guy take a picture of my matching key chain and inquire with staff. Never heard back. A locked glove box was rummaged through and contents were on passenger seat when we picked up our vehicle. Our recently disconnected Samsung Galaxy cell phone was gone. Although it was encrypted, irreplaceable wedding and vacation pictures were stored on this phone and now gone—forever. The manager called us to apologize but did not acknowledge a theft problem. The vehicle, our work van, was serviced there twice since we moved to area. Really glad we emptied out our tools and materials prior to leaving for service. We own another Jeep vehicle and they could have had recurring recurring business now lost as theft is unacceptable. Potential customers be warned!

I took my jeep in because I have had the problem with engine light staying on and they said the oxygen sensor on the upstream side was bad! I recently changed the other oxygen sensor for $65! He told me to change that on for $400 and would be a lot more if they run into problems! I decided it could wait till I get back home to change it out myself! I never like not knowing what the end cost is going to be knowing that I am giving them a blank check to work with! I am taking my motorhome to a garage to have my motorhome air conditioning system charged upon my new compressor that was installed. While l was there I asked how much it would be to have the oxygen sensor changed in my jeep Wrangler he said $150!

Service department is professional and punctual. Oscar, the porter, is always willing to go the extra mile for me as well by cleaning my car before I pick it up! He’s great.

Great experience. Quentin my sales pro was awesome. He is the reason I came back and purchased my new Compass from Crystal Jeep. Very knowledgeable. The whole team there was great. No high pressure sales. Much thanks to Rigo in Finance for making it painless. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Sales consultant Bill and the others I dealt with were very helpful. All were friendly and professional. I could tell that giving good service to the customer was the first priority.
