I paid 20+ $ to get a car wash here. They were suppose to clean the interior. Not a detail but at least wipe the dashboard. They didn’t even touch it.

Best car wash in San Diego. I have never left there feeling as if my car was rushed. Highly recommend

This place is ok not good for what you pay, they didn't vacuum right or wipe down the interior, this place used to have great workers to were your satisfied with the wash

It’s a traditional thing. My parents went here because they are great. I have my own car and bring it here once a month to get cleaned for 21$. It’s cheaper to get it done here like this because a monthly pass at a “5$ cash wash” isn’t worth as much value as what they do. I’ve tried cleaning my car on my own but every time I bring it here they do what I can’t for my car. They even have a loyalty program for a free car wash every 6-7

Got the super deluxe car wash. Rims were left dirty, windows were all messed up and inside was left dirty. Very disappointed. Will not be back

Had my car wash Saturday but the did not do a good job in drying my car lots of water spots, call to let them know they passed me to the manager his name is Patrick he was very attentive and professional as I express my concern he reassured me that I could take my car when I was ready to get it washed again. I took my car in today and he did what he promised. Thank you so much Patrick for taking care of my automobile it’s very highly appreciated.

Horrible experience. I paid for their deluxe package witch is supposed to include interior cleaning and they literally did not touch the inside of my car at all, they just threw a air freshener on the ground. After spending 30$ and waiting 30minutes i had to then go and clean my car myself. I could have gotten the exact same car wash at soappy joes for $20 less. The staff was rude to me when i politely pointed out that nobody had touched the inside. He rolled his eyes and told me it is what it is.i will not be back

Went there this morning and left super disappointed. Saw the ratings on this car wash so I came out of my way to get my car nice and tidy. I paid for the deluxe wash and did not get tire dressing on my tires (I should’ve said something but I noticed more issues and try to avoid confrontation) and when I got into the car, the dash board was not wiped and there was water on both driver and passenger side seats along with water still on the side mirrors.

I try to avoid confrontations especially at car washes but they do have a lot of people drying cars but no attention to detail at all. I won’t be coming back here, I’d rather spend a couple of hours doing it myself.

The lady at the counter was super nice though! She was the bright spot today.

I went here today and got express detail hand wax, paid 49.99. Literally waited 2 hours for me to be disappointed with their work. They didn’t vacuum my trunk and didn’t clean my car thoroughly, I will add photos for proof. The guy also got mad at me for putting the tip at the tip box, he told me to hand it to him directly the next time I come in. Unfortunately, there’s no more next time because I am not coming back here. It’s literally a waste of money and time. Not recommended at all.

Great place. However, sometimes it's hit or miss. Sometimes when I pay for the tire dressing, I don't get it Or I pay for basic wash n go and I get my tires dressed anyway (not complaining). There have been many occasions where ive payed the extra money for a lil detail, and the rims will still be dirty. Before anyone say anything, i have watched them clean the rims on cars who paid for less detailed wash n dry. I don't know, the work is good but not consistent. I know people make mistakes, but it's far too often. What I do like is the work ethics of everyone here. When all the things I listed happen, I speak up, and it gets handled. I like that. If the owner read this, please tell your dressing worker to stop putting dressing on the dashboard and steering wheel. I spend 30 to 40 minutes each time buffing it off my dashboard plastic.

It's an hour and 15 minutes until closing. I ask for the super deluxe wash. They tell me they can't do the detailed wash, only the cheap wash and dry with vacuum rudely. Maybe they should have that advertised that they stop doing a certain wash at that time. They didn't dry it fully and half vacuumed my car. On top of that, they stole all of my change quarters and dimes out my change holder. I'll never go back to this place.

Had my car detailed on the inside and washed on the outside. I told them my friend had thrown up in the car, so if they could do their best to get the smell out. They did a good job! I picked lemon as my scent and I can't smell much after they washed the carpets and floor mats etc.

This is my car wash for several years, five stars is not enough. I'm so happy with the employees, they respect us and the cars, I highly recommend Crystal Clean Car Wash. I have a 2002 Camry they cleaned and shined up the head lights like new not to mention the car, I thank God for all employees.

They don’t do the cleaning they say they will. I asked if the wash I regularly get (which is about $20) Will clean some fresas con crema that was spilled on my passenger door and window. They said yes but when I got my car they didn’t even try to clean it and when I asked if they could clean it (I had more tip money in hand for the inconvenience) they didn’t even try and told me I was supposed to get a detail. Unprofessional and a waste of both our valuable time.

This is the best car wash that I have been to in the San Diego area. They do an amazing job no matter which wash you choose. However, I recommend the Super Deluxe. Expect to wait about an hour, but the results are worth the wait.
