My husband and I put down an offer for an out-of-state investment home which got accepted. During the underwriting process with a big bank lender, they ended up denying our loan (we were all super confused but that's another story!) and that mortgage lender referred us to Chris. Chris reached out to me right away and we started the process. My husband and I needed to close on the home in a short time and we were so pleased at how fast and smooth everything went.

I really appreciated how Chris was always responsive and easy to communicate with. After getting denied by the bank and having a horrible experience with that, Chris kept my mind at ease and answered any questions/concerns I had. We also got the best rate with Crystal Lending Group in comparison to other lenders we reached out to. Chris and his team pushed for us, helped take off a collections on my husband's credit (which helped raise his score!), and really went above and beyond at making sure we were happy.
