This auditorium is well suited for events that attract audiences in the range of ~200 people.

It's a nice community center. Visited there to attend annual performance of one of the dance schools located in this facility. Buildings look old, but well maintained. It is a multipurpose community center. Looks like you can rent the place by hour for such performances.
