I had the best experience with this location! The manager, Tiffany, was very nice and polite. She was able to easily explain how to get a unit, pricing and general accessibility. If you need a unit, go to this location and ask for Tiffany!

Previous management was superior to the unfortunate current management which engages in blatant disregard for existing long time customers. I had a simple question about an effective date for a rent increase. My question was ignored while the Manager processed my current storage rental payment. (She never acknowledged the amount of cash I gave her to verify we were in concurrence on the amount of cash. At the conclusion, I respectfully asked if she could please address my question. She acknowledged me in a flippant manner without the information yet again. She finally referred to her internal terms, (a pet peeve of most consumers) looked something up and was annoyed she had to work a little and due to her inability to focus and listen as she had to hear the question THREE times before I could get an answer. While I was visibly annoyed I did not conduct myself in any inappropriate manner in terms of language or otherwise. She lacks people skills and is better suited to be out of contact with the public and somewhere taking inventory or counting beans where she can’t be disruptive. It’s sad that after so many years of working with CubeSmart they have someone there giving the local BRAND a black eye and blemishing the brand of CubeSmart.

Best Storage facility around! Great price, Great customer service from Darrell and Tiffany! They go out of there way to help. Hands down best in Orangevale.

Great experience renting a storage unit here with my daughter today. Tiffany was so kind, patient and helpful walking us through the process by phone and later in person. Darryl didn’t hesitate one bit to drive us out to see the unit size so we could be sure it would fit our needs. Both Tiffany & Darryl we’re happy, friendly, personable & so willing to help! Tiffany Rose and Darryl Jenkins are the workers who helped me, they were so nice and helpful! They could tell I was nervous and were just so genuinely nice. I would definitely recommend this place since it was clean and everyone was nice.

Tiffany Rose was such a pleasure to deal with she made things real simple was detailed she had such a lighthearted spirit she generated such a positive atmosphere the thing about her was it was genuine it wasn't role playing in her job description and their service impeccable!

My experience have exceeded my expectations from the hours you can access your storage unit, to when I initially moved my belongings into the unit I was able to use one of their moving trucks paying a deposit and making sure to gas up prior to returning the truck saved on monies and time verses the traditional way of rentals. The entire establishment is always maintained, clean and organized. Lastly most importantly is their customer service. I cannot say enough about the two women I have had their assistance with but they are the best, friendly, great smiles and warm welcome and know their job very well. I am happy to have my belongings with Cubes art Self Storage.

Average storage place. And not InExpensive! I was there not even 6 months when the rent went up $40.00. Seems steep to me. Especially when I moved in at the expectations of paying the same price for at least a year. And there wasn’t any improvements to go along with the price increase.
It seems everybody’s out to make not just a buck but several bucks.

The Staff were Very nice and helpful, but the facility was not the best, pretty run down. And being that they charge the highest prices, the least they could do is fix the damn lights. I wouldnt recommend this facility

Brother was manager there. It's a great 9lace to work and it has great costumer service. Hands on people you can call if you need anything. It's lit

From the time i entered the door until I left Rick was a true professional. After looking at storage unit, he looked at other CubeSmart locations near by to see if anything else was available. Went to the other location and looked at the other unit, even though it was a little bigger, it wasn't an outside unit that you could pull up to and unload. I went back and rented the original unit from Rick. Thanks for all the help.

I was with Cubesmart in Orangevale for 3.5 years. In all that time, my contact, Rick, was always helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to my emails!
