CubeSmart Self Storage, Sacramento CA

Well, $15K worth of collectables I've had for 30 years were stolen from my unit and I don't trust this facility to keep anyone's valuables safe. N.

It's my girlfriend's Unit, I must say The place seems so quiet and clean, I'm going to get my self a storage unit there also, Safety first

Great price, awesome staff at this location. I never had a problem with them when I used their services in another state.

DO NOT store anything of value, here. Barely a month in, and my unit was broken into (the thieves used tools, and had access to the hallway, so could be other renters).

Corrected review! Came to get in my storage unit and my lock was gone. Store hasn’t called me back. I’m livid and feel so anxious. **** Updated review. The units all got brand new doors and locks. Original lock was put inside. My unit was safe and clean. Nothing missing. I hadn’t changed my number in the office so they couldn’t reach me. Total mistake on my part. Everything about this cube smart has been great and seamless.

I was renting a winery for 7 months and the workers are very friendly, I didn't have any problems. I recommend them

They raise the rent every 3 to six months. I have been here 6 months and the rent increased twice. My unit was broken into with little to no video evidence. The person was a tenant and the cops did not get enough information from the staff to make an arrest. How sad is that. The staff knew there had been multiple break in. Told me nothing about them. I could have made a better choice in locks if I was properly informed.

The person who ran the facility I rented at was so nice and genuine. You can rent a storage unit in a million different places, so that nice human connection really makes the difference. The facility was clean and I never had trouble getting in and out.

The staff at this location are so helpful and friendly, Marlo especially. Every time I called they helped answer my questions and made me feel valued. The location is a little rough, there’s a homeless encampment on the other side of the fence toward the highway and there’s often trash near the storage units in that area. There aren’t any cameras or signs that there is security present to reassure tenants though we never had an issue with security or theft. Over all a great storage location in the heart of the city.
