CubeSmart Self Storage, Rialto CA

Liz was very patient and answered all my questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a 1: 45 pm appointment! I showed up at 3pm I was late. And she was very pleasant. Other companies I called were really pressuring me to commit to reserve storage unit. To pushy for me. I would give Liz 10 stars but 5 is the maximum. So I’ll give Liz kudos. When I walked in Liz made me feel more of a GUEST than a customer. Whoever reads this review from Corporate feel free to reach out to me. Very spacious unit 10x30x8 excellent price

Pricey, so now I have to be rid of my storage space in Rialto, So I will be moving it one place and of course be paying less.

12/07/23 I finally closed my second storage! My 39 year old goddaughter finally lost her life to kidney disease and diabetes. For the last year of her life she had to deal with a storage company in Andelanto that had her deceased moms things. Every month they aggravated by losing her information or some other administrative problem. We would have to bundle her up and drive her with her bandaged thighs where her legs had been to take her California ID to prove that she was the executor of her mom’s belongings. She couldn’t even be sick in peace.

Cube Smart never mistreated and aggravated me no matter how many times that I moved or changed my email addresses. They accommodated me cheerfully and changed my info in their records.

The place is ALWAYS clean and someone is almost always there.

If you are in the Rialto area please go to this CubeSmart before you go anywhere! I’m a serious consumer and shop a lot but this is one of the best businesses that I have done business with in years!

Website lists alot if perks and discounts but every location didn't offer any. I ended paying way more than I expected and no rental truck or not even a discount.

Liz was very helpful, and very friendly, she knew exactly what size of storage I needed, I definitely recommend this place, good prices and excellent customer service!

DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THE PROMOTIONS. THEY IMMEDIATELY HIKE UP THE PRICE. MISLEADING AND DISHONEST! I don’t know how they legally get away with this because it is literally FALSE ADVERTISING.

I have had my stuff stored here for over 7 yrs now. Liz and her team have always been amazing, they have great customer service and always go above and beyond to help whenever I've had a situation or needed help with something. I will continue to have all my stuff here until I get to buy the house of my dreams

It was my first storage but I like that it was only 5 minutes from the time I walked in the office filled out the paper work I was unloading my things. And the lady that took care of me was also very nice and helpful.

The place and units were always clean, we didn’t have no insects of any kind. The units were clean. The customer service was excellent. No complains at all.

Raise the price of your storage to much to fast greedy. Taked to a manager and he said if you don't like the price move very rude and unprofessional as soon as I moved in the increased began and now nothing but excuses to justify the cost of greed I'm looking into moving and getting rid of my unit too expensive to store anything these days.
