Not worth your time and effort to try and sell there or even buy there, they don’t care about their customers or buyers

I am scarred! Today I went into the store and I stepped on a sharp tack-like item, and it stuck into my shoe. The point was very long, and if I had stepped on it another way it would have stabbed my foot. I know they use these to pin security tags onto clothes.they should definitely be more careful and aware of where they end up!

Really enjoy the clothes selection. The curly haired guy is so rude to his coworkers & never seems to be working. Last time i was shopping, he kept bragging about his staus over the other girls. I dont understand why the owners keep hiring kids like him who dont understand how ro behave professionally. When he was checking me out, he kept commenting about my clothes selection which was creepy.

So far the retailer knows how to buy for a specific age group. My mom's. When it comes to later 20 somethings, could use some help. So far I've loved all the og Brighton, Michael kors, etc. But as an end note, seriously STOP HIRING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. There's a young teen girl that's always there who looks like she's always in charge and getting killed while this lanky "older than her" teen sits there and brags to his friends that are loitering in the store and making it hard to shop that he manages the store. He also took 15 minutes to ring my stuff up, was condescending as if I cared about his fashion opinions, and made me leave the store without a bag. I also heard snickering while purchasing a sheer black lace corset top. You might want to hire some more mature adults to help you. Keep up the amazing affordable finds, but please consider hiring people who appreciate the work you do and seek to help out your business. And for the record, the younger girl is very sweet and could easily manage that store on her own with more confidence.

Avoid like the plague if you are a trans person attempting to make some money from your old clothes.

Absolutely the worst service and treatment as someone trying to sell their old clothes. The initial staff member accepting the bags was insistent that bags which had any holes in them were unacceptable, and made an active effort to make me feel unwelcome while wasting my time.

During interactions with staff, I was misgendered often, deadnamed, and forced to deadname *myself* to dispel confuson.

Despite promises to the contrary never received any communications advising me my offer was ready until they called me with my "final chance" to accept the offer.which was $13 for 3 items of over 100 I brought to them.

I feel like this place is a small step up from good will but the worst part is…you are not getting what you are paying for…. It just doesn’t add up! Generally these places you drop the bag off they look through it and maybe in an hour or so they’ll choose a couple items maybe more. This place on the other hand has stacks of bags behind their counter that they have not even gone through and they don’t really give you a valid time frame only a promise of a “text” when they will be complete and if you don’t come in time “we’ll donate”. We’ll I never even got a text but decided to call about my status A WEEK LATER And guess why no texts? Because they lost my form! Probably in the mess they have going back there. My things probably would have gotten donated if I hadn’t called but that wouldn’t have even been my fault! Personally I do not know why it is taking them so long to go through their material when other consignment places do it right on the spot! I definitely dont recommend dropping off clothes here not only did I waste a lot of time and not really get anything in return, but I’d rather be shopping across the street at tjmax. Maybe they just need new employees and an air freshener or two

Prices are too expensive and hard to find the right items. I don't know who is picking out the clothes but they aren't picking the right stuff. Most of their inventory is stuff that went out of fashion pretty fast. Its either forever 21 or modern brands and nothing imbetween. They need to hire people who actually know the trends/ have an eye for fashion. The prices need to be asjusted too, I shouldn't have to pay 70 for a jacket that should be 40 dollars.

Pretty decent selection of modern style. Definitely on the younger side of modern. Bought a few nice pieces some with original tags still on.

Staffing is sparse. I needed to try on clothes so I asked the woman in the back what their process was. "I don't know, I'm new. " Then she proceeded to ask the other CUSTOMERS which rooms were available. Then as I was checking out another woman wanted to try on clothes and there was no one else around to help her.

Unfortunately 1 day after buying this purse I noticed that the handles are falling off. Whomever accepts your consignment pieces really needs to do a better job of inspecting items.

My favorite clothing exchange in the area! I usually sell here and they always take a few of my items. They keep a clean store that doesn't have overcrowded racks like crossroads and freestyle so you can actually see the items. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is that sometimes they take a while to go through your clothes and they don’t pay a lot for your items but it makes sense to keep the prices low.

They can have a decent selection depending on the inventory at the time. There haven’t been too many items I’ve seen over priced. I haven’t experienced rude staff since they closed the Auburn location. Don’t expect to get much for the clothes you bring in though. Their pricing makes no sense. The most recent drop I got $16 for 6 items. Out of the 6,3 were brand new dresses with the tags still on, never worn ($44, $25 & $16 orig). Brand new forever 21 shirt ($15) a lightly used free people blouse. I only took the forever 21 items there because I lost the receipt and couldn’t return them. I wish I would have tried marketplace first because at barely $3 an item it wasn’t worth it. The inventory is currently very minimal, there’s a sign stating what garments they’re looking for yet they’re lowballing for items?
