Really cool remodeled historical gas station in Rancho Cucamonga. Great for a photo shoot. They sell route 66 memorabilia inside. Picked up a key chain and magnet.

We live in Rancho Cucamonga and proud of our Route 66 vintage "Atlantic Richfield Filling Station" and museum on Foothill Blvd & Archibald Ave!
It's always a joy to visit this historic and ichonic Rt 66 Roadside Attraction!
My husband & I just finished our westbound
Route 66 road trip adventure through 5 states from Oklahoma City, OK to Rancho Cucamonga, Ca where we live.
We couldn't wait to visit our home town Route 66 vintage "Filling Station" to finish our 5 State road trip and share our Stories with the great museum docents last Saturday morning!
As a momento to our Rt 66 road-trip in Jun 2023 and our hometown Rt 66 historic "Atlantic Richfield Filling Station, " we will be purchasing one of their commemorative Red Brick pavers to help towards the rebuilding of the Filling Station's Auto Service Shop in the back.
Support the Cause and get your personalized engraved brick paver too!

I attended a book signing event. The authors were local residents, and they wrote about their experiences and the history of Rancho Cucamonga. Two classic cars were parked in front of this historic Cucamonga Service Station.

We really enjoyed our stop here! There's a nice little gift shop, and some very knowledgeable volunteers! Buy a brick!

I’m so glad we stopped in! The renovation is amazing and the guy that we talked to was so helpful and great to talk to. I look forward to seeing more updates and the eventual garage build!

This is one of the best Route 66 restorations I have seen. Their dedication to bringing to life a piece of history speaks volumes about the people and community that made it happen. It feels like stepping back in time, you half expect a gas station attendant to pop out. Inside the building is a nice museum with bits of history packed in. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful on learning and understanding the Station. They also have wonderful modern bathrooms that are in tip-top shape. Meaning people with sensitive stomachs are safe.

Those volunteers at the Service station are super friendly, knowledgeable, and coachable. Each of them is a history speaking about Route 66. They are retirees who try to retain American history and love to share with everyone. I would recommend all friends and others to visit at least once and/or support them! I wish you great health and happiness gentlemen!

A wonderful historic gas station on the original Route 66 alignment through Rancho Cucamonga. The place has recently been completely restored by the local volunteers who now run the place. The job they did is absolutely excellent and now I can say that this in surely one of the best stations on the full Mother Road!
We arrived quite early and expected the place to be still closed, however the man presiding the station opened everything for us and showed all the restoration work that was done.
Keep up the excellent work, guys!
