The Upland office, including the personable front desk and back office staff, and in particular my primary care physician, Yumi Wong, are all top-notch. Appointments are timely and convenient to schedule, and I rarely have to wait beyond my appointment time. If I do have to wait, it's because they took the same time with the patients prior to me as they take with me. I particularly appreciate Miss Wong, because she knows how to slow down and listen and give advice that is practical, insightful, and relevant to my particular situation. She's instructive, informative, and insightful, but never condescending in her approach. It's like she understands that her patients know our bodies intimately. If you've gone to many docs, you'll know these are rare qualities. My wife and I both feel fortunate to have CVMG in our network.

I had a great experience with CVMG at Milliken facilities in Rancho Cucamonga. Dr Ignacio is the best!

This medical group has excellent communication and feedback, and my primary care physician genuinely cares about my health.

My first time making an appointment and was late due to going to the wrong location. I called and let them know and they said they can reschedule or check with the provider when I got there to see if they will take me in. Why would I reschedule I waited a month for my appointment!? So there I was 18 min late they said the most you can be is 15 min late! Only 3 min difference. I had no idea where this suite was or what the building looked like. Couldn't give me a break for my first time!
To top it if off can't reschedule me until 6 weeks after!
What a joke these people are!
