Friendly Staff, Good Listeners, Clean, and Proactive with Referrals! Although more recently I have received invalid codes for some of my testing referrals and some of my family didn’t have their referral letters mailed to the correct address. Overall, I recommend this clinic for anyone nearby.

Dr. Ursua Janet. Took great care of my son and she explained everything in words one could understand. She knew my son needed lots of lab tests and get to the bottom of what the bacteria in his body is. Instead of playing a guessing game. I recommend it. Even though you must keep calling to see if there's more appointments available. I also wish they brought vaccines there in that location this way I don't have to travel all around town with my son's. Thank you Dr. Janet I wish you the very best retirement!

I see a different medical professional almost every time, so it is difficult to give general feedback. There is a clear push to see patients in a given time, a few of the NPs feel much less rushed. It helps to know exactly what you need and write questions down ahead of your appointment.

Decent customer service and the offices are clean and conveniently located. I am annoyed by the notices on the front door that clearly state masks are required, do not enter without a mask. Before walking in I panicked because I didn’t have a mask on me or in my car. I decided to go on in and ask for one but noticed none of the patients waiting or the staff were wearing a mask.

Quick I don’t have to wait mor than 10min at the lobby. I have seen different Drs and all of them are efficient and listen your concerns

Janet is the best! I've never had any medical professional that has the same type of genuine concern that she does for her patients. Our family has been very fortunate to have her take care of us.

I’m a cancer patient, I needed to choose a primary physician to treat other symptoms, & diagnosis that cancer has caused and it’s medication side affects.

The facility accepts ‘medi-medi’ insurance. ️

I was able to see a physician soon. ️

There are many office locations; the Fontana is very well maintained, the staff is friendly, the MA’ that assisted me was knowledgeable, attentive.
The Nurse Practitioner. She was kind, and ordered many lab tests to be done STAT. I was suffering from possible medicine (s) reactions that caused symptoms of heart palpitations and body hives.

I completed the labs ordered.
I received a STAT order by the NP ️️

However, what I didn’t like is the waiting period for a follow up visit to obtain the labs results.
It was about 3 weeks...

I called the clinic to
get my lab results and a follow up visit. The staff who answered the phones said that in their notes, they saw the the NP had yet to read-review the labs and so, they would call me back once she had…. And that’s how the three weeks went by. All awhile I still had the same symptoms and had to turn to Urgent Care and even the ER to seek follow up care.

When I finally saw the NP after three weeks she went over my symptoms, she asked about my hives and my heart I told her I had gone to ER and was looking into seeing a cardiologist, my appointment for that was not till August: (she agreed and was going to end the visits when i had to ask reminding so, ‘what were my lab results? ’

I did not appreciate the lack of follow up care, concern by the NP
Knowing I am an active cancer patient.

That’s why I didn’t give the 5th star.

Dr. Dominguez and the staff are wonderful. They take care of my father on regular basis. I have no worries of him

Great doctors, great service and no long waits. Only thing is hard to get someone to answer you to get an appointment.

I have been going to Cucamonga Valley Medical for the past 15 years Dr. Yumika I would never go anywhere else. Wonderful doctors!
