Cuca's Mexican Food

We go here a lot, probably 1-2 times a month. It’s not the most amazing Mexican you’ll ever have but it’s good and reliable food, and fairly quick. We always get takeout and the order is messed up (usually something missing) probably 50% of the time. Nothing worse than getting home with hungry toddlers and not having the items you need/ordered. Just always make sure to check your order is right before leaving the restaurant.

We've been coming to Cucas for years. The service used to be fantastic but has gone down hill over the years. Food is good and filling. Beer is cold.

Love the food! It's hard to say this but the hostess was extremely rude. It has not been once or twice so at this point I feel it best to write a review advising in hopes that management will actually talk to her. I did speak with Josh who said he was the manager and he said she is fairly new and might just be flustered but in reality this has happened more then a few times and it has been over a few months time span. I am upset because I love the food but seriously don't appreciate the attitude. When placing an order online and coming in to pick it up you can see that there is nobody in front of me or around me so not sure why she walks up angry as if I am disturbing her, please try to be nicer.

I really didn't care for the food, no taste, bland and ontop of it no salsa to go with your food. I think all Mexican restaurants should have an in-house salsa. Staff was no help but I did like the Jamaica juice and the chips and salsa given at the beginning while waiting for food. I'll might give it another try. No internet service either

Bad service rude people and racist. We waited like 30 minutes on the table and no one came to ask for the order and I ask one of the servers who’s gonna take our order she was like someone, they were worried to move a table were the party’s was not even there.

We really like this place. I heard the city may turn it into a depot museum. Gonna have to go to Mentone to get good Mexican food.

Bad service, rude waitress, All employees walking around with a stinky look on their faces, our waitress never came to check on us, the food is not the worth the money! Food is not tasty for Mexican food and I'm Hispanic! I should have went to Taco Bell instead! I spent $100 for four "no flavor" burritos. Just shrimp beans and rice! & 4 drinks. Ridiculous! The bathrooms were dirty! Save your money and go somewhere else to eat! I'm never going back. Cuca learn to greet your customers properly! Customers service is very important!

The soup was water and a hint of taste,
The interior has NO ATMOSPHERE!
growing up in Baja Mex and San Diego,
Cuca’s fails miserably in comparison by calling there food “mexican”!
Don't be taste blind, avoid this place,
Yea and I tried the menudo as well, just to see if it was any good, horrible, the soup sauce was grey! Jus sayin!

Tracy is the best waitress! Such delicious food too! You must try the steak fajitas! I will be going back for sure!

Always good food. It was busy so had to wait for a table. As a result service was slow but still friendly.

I really love their authentic Mexican rice and enchilada and tacos. Definitely a must try if your in Redlands. Kids Meal also really good.

CuCa's in East Redlands is an authentic Mexican restaurant. The food at this SPECIFIC LOCATION is amazing. If you are inclined to have an adult beverage their bar area is great. For us, we frequent this store for quality food, great service and somewhat reasonable prices. Try it, you hopefully won't be disappointed.

Normally we have a great experience there as it is one of our go-to places. But the last time wasn't quite as good. I have a serious food allergy and when I addressed with the waitress she answered but seemed confused so I asked again. But felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Sadly I had a bad allergic reaction so the information we were given was not accurate.

Cucamonga in Mentone is a great Mexican restaurant serving very good authentic items. We'll be back.
