I really enjoyed my experience at this cigar lounge.
The guy at the front counter was very helpful with my selection of medium cigars, spent about $75 on a few nice sticks. Got a to spend a nice hour to relax in a clean and nice chair. If in the area come check this place out.

I'm not knowledgeable but love cigars and new to this. I am very critical about service to the customer, I didn't feel that in this place. I chose to come here because of the reviews but was disappointed. I wish that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Pretty weird how they treat people here, cashier was rude and sarcastic, I was expecting a relaxed environment but the guy upfront was acting like a teenager

I'll be nice with 3 stars. The cigar selection was good. The lounge was really nice. It was clean, and the customers there were welcoming and friendly. The layout was awesome, and the seats were comfortable and I could see how it would be easy to relax and enjoy your cigar. The reason I'm deducting is because of the way the staff carried themselves this evening. I am a regular cigar smoker and frequently visit various lounges up and down the state. This was my first time here. The person at the register I found to be rude and arrogant. I asked for a few specific cigars to be answered with an abrupt "No". Or if they did have a specific brand I was looking for, I was answered with a point with a look like I was dumb for not seeing the almost empty box tucked away in between 2 same brand cigar boxes. I'm reasonable and can understand someone trying to guide me to a specific stick based on a brief conversation as if I'm a rookie and I'm 100% ok with that. 9/10 I'll probably listen and will try it based on your opinion because I enjoy seeing what other people like. But there was none of that. I was there with a buddy to smoke a cigar the night before his wedding, and that was where he wanted to go. But the attitude moved me from the $38 Placensias down th the sub $20 sticks because I no longer wanted to do business with the person at the counter. Honestly I doubt I will ever set foot in that place due to the customer service alone. Once again great place, poor customer service.

Traveling and wanted to grab a smoke. Decided to check this spot out. Great selection, INCREDIBLE lounge, friendly staff member, friendly patrons… everyone that walked in took the time to say hello.

Rick was great. Culebra cigar lounge is top of the line. And we look forward to our next visit!

Not the friendliest service, but I did like the seats and environment. Cashier was an @$$

Love this place! Comfy chairs, knowledgeable staff and extra friendly! The people and members really make you feel welcome. The best in the area! Rob and Ritchie are amazing!

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.
Spoke with Ritchie who helped me identify a decent cigar at the price range I was looking for.
Rob helped to explain to me very well the quality of the blend I was selecting. Turns out their house blend Churchill is a very decent stick for its price point. Smooth taste clean even burn and a very enjoyable stick through the beginning middle and end phases. Lasts a good while too, so overall would recommend this location based off of this stick alone.

Culebra Cigar Co. Is located in Ontario CA just right on the outskirts of the Ontario mall.
I was so happy it wasn't located inside the mall.
Made it sooooo much easier to grab parking.

Upon walking in there is a bunch of chairs for lounging while enjoying your cigars.
It was pretty packed.
My husband and I were greeted by a gentleman whom we assumed was one of the owners.
He was chillin/talking with a bunch of gentleman. They all seemed to be having a good time.
Pretty cool vibes/ environment.
You have to walk through to get to the back where the humidor room is.
When we got back there another gentleman was showing someone else some cigars.
He greeted us and let us in. We assumed he was another owner or Manger.
Unfortunately I deducted two stars because my husband said he looked him up and down and at his pockets.
Not sure if they deal with a lot of theft or that he just profiles people.
But I thought it was super unprofessional and quite rude. Especially because he didn't do that to me. So not sure why he did it to my husband. To be honest if my husband would have told me there. I would have just left empty handed. I know he didn't tell me because I would have addressed this right then and there!
I totally understand being cautious but profiling people is not okay.
I give them 3 stars because the cigars we bought were good and the other gentleman was friendly and welcoming.
Not sure if we will return or not.

Took a good 5 mins for the guy to come and ask if I needed anything as I stood at the counter. The guy seemed annoyed that I had walked in. I just recently got into cigars so I asked him what he recommended and he said "well what did you come in for? ". Seemed pretty rude but I still purchased a few cigars. Never coming back here and don't recommend.

This is a really nice Cigar Bar although one of the guys who runs the place was a little over the top rude, I'd never been there before and came across a little aggressive on what not to do in tegatd to moving a chair, but I think it could have been relayed a little nicer
