Great service by Matt at Culligan. Changed the reverse osmosis filters on my water system. He was great to talk to and very thorough.

This company has the worst customer service and they charge outrageous prices. They don’t carry parts for their equipment and if something breaks you have to wait for weeks. And it’s all about what works for them and their schedule. If that doesn’t work for you then too bad! They refuse to give me credit on my bill for a defective system even after it has been removed from my property. There are many other companies that are more than happy to have your business. After giving Culligan thousands of my hard earned dollars you would think they would be more accommodating and gracious. Do yourself and your pocket book a favor and use someone else!

The service and system is great! I don’t know why we waited so long to fix our hard water and save money on water bottles! Culligan staff was great and easy to work with. I highly recommended them!

Culligan's Premier service is wonderful. It saved me $$$ recently when the unit needed a new circuit board because of the recent rains in California. I will continue to gladly pay the monthly service fee for the insurance I get with your service.

Great experience. Service personnel found the problem immediately and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the area around it for no charge! Thank you Rene, the Culligan Man!

The service is bad. Their installer will charge extra for plumbing and when you call on the phone you get a bunch of angry, mean people that hate their job. Plus, the supervisor is no better. Her tone is disrespectful.
There are options!
Why pay $300 for installation and still get hard, chlorine water?

If you haven't Tried Culligan water, you're missing out, Highly recommend. That great feeling of soft water is spectacular.

The people are so friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how hard our installation person worked to get the whole house filter installed. You could pay me enough money to crawl all the way under the house! I am really enjoying the peace of mind that i have clean drinking water for my senior parents, myself and my dog. Highly recommend.:)

I complained with a survey and someone called to follow up to see how they could rectify and address and disappointment in service.i was impressed that they cared and did correct the situation.

All around Excellent service from my initial meet and greet with Jesse down to the install with Victor. Both were extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations - which are very high being that I am a contractor myself. Zero complaints. Will definitely reference Culligan to others!
